POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I discovered this message on a #leadership platform today-and it conveys my inner thoughts on the topic quite nicely. I’ve spent three decades shaping hospitality in various shapes and forms amidst multiple kitchen brigades and food & beverage teams..

People don’t follow fancy titles, rehearsed slide decks, or polished corporate personas. They follow humans. They follow leaders who possess the rare courage to tell the truth, admit when they don’t have all the answers, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder in trenches when the pressure mounts.

Walking Together for a Meaningful Cause! 🎀💗

What a wonderful way to spend the day at The Big Pink Walk, organised by Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
October is a reminder of the importance of breast cancer awareness, early detection, and supporting those affected by breast cancer.
It was heartwarming to see so many people coming together, walking with purpose and spreading positive energy for such a meaningful cause.
A big thank you to Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast for organising this wonderful event! 💕

Time flies… you are 11 today! ❤️

As you grow up, there will always be changes, challenges, new experiences and lessons along the way. I may not always have all the answers, but I will always be here to walk through them with you.

I will always cherish the little moments, the conversations, the laughter, the challenges, and most of all, the time we get to spend together.

You are growing up so quickly, and I’m learning to enjoy every stage of this journey with you.

Happy 11th birthday, my boy. 💙
Keep growing, keep learning, keep being you.
Love you always😘

A lasting marriage isn’t perfect - it is intentional.
14 years of marriage has taught me that love isn’t about being perfect. We have stumbled, disappointed each other and faced seasons that weren’t easy. But we have also laughed, grown forgiven and chosen each other again and again.
A good relationship isn’t built by never failing - it is built by never giving up on each other.
@murrayaitken thank you for every chapter we’ve shared. Here’s to many more adventures, more memories and continuing to choose each other every single day! Happy Anniversary to us ❤️

Sharing a few pictures from a series that we took 13 years ago in NZ by Murray’s brother @jus8ken who is an award winning wedding photographer.
These are raw images that captured our mood and feelings at the time.

Even though my 290th visit was already a few weeks ago, I’m still processing this incredible stay and the entire vacation.

The warmth hospitality of the entire team - every single one of you - made this trip truly unforgettable for ue. You all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it’s something I’ll always cherish.

I sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to return to Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast one day. Maybe we can even combine it with a visit to the upcoming Hard Rock Hotel Genting Highlands 😉🤘

Thank you for everything, @hrhdesarucoast ❤️🤘🏽 You all rock!
