Bad mood? We know a place! 🫩☹️➡️😁🤪

You are one class away from being in a good mood, just look at these smiles! The magic of spin is that the energy in the room is CONTAGIOUS! Moving together inspires you to find your rhythm, push your limits, and finish feeling unstoppable. Grab your spot on a bike, bring a friend, and let's keep the momentum rolling! #spinclass #groupfitness #spinselfies #workoutcommunity #nothingbutsmiles

NEW CLASS!!! Not only can you Spin with Iz, you can also checkout Barre with Iz any Monday or Wednesday at 6:30-7:15PM. A great way to get a low intensity, full body workout without all the sweat. Big shout-out to these girlies for their hard work today! We had a great time hitting glutes, quads, and hamstrings at the barre and finishing with a core circuit on the mat! 🩰🧘‍♀️💪

“If you see someone without a smile, give 'em yours.” -Dolly Parton 💖💐

There is a special kind of magic that happens when women gather, sweat, and lift each other up. Last Thursday's Dolly tribute wasn't just a workout, it was a celebration of girlhood, community, and unconditional support.

The Wellness Center got a serious upgrade! 💪🏾💙💛

New equipment, new look, and plenty of Racer pride! 🐎 From free weights to updated strength and cardio equipment, Murray State’s Wellness Center refresh is giving students even more ways to move, train, and prioritize their wellness.

As an alum, I love seeing Murray State continue to invest in the student experience. 💙💛
