I tore my ACL. One of the hardest moments in my career.

But this ain’t about just surviving the day - it’s about the GET RIGHT.

Muscle MX is what I live by. It’s that extra boost to keep you active and get you going.

ACTIVATE to get loose and go attack the day.

RECOVERY to bounce back so you can do it again tomorrow.

Whether you’re a coach on your feet all day, an athlete coming back from injury, or a warrior who refuses to slow down - this keeps you IN the game.

Once you try it, you’ll completely understand what I’m saying.

Woke up with a dream… just a tiny spark ✨

We walking. 🙏

You take one step & the world starts to sway. Who knew this little move could light your way. 🎶

80 seconds capturing the last 3 weeks — from not being able to move in bed, to learning to walk, to first pedal strokes in joggers. Humbling and huge, all at once.

Grateful to be a PROCESS-oriented athlete over an OUTCOME-oriented one in times like this. I’ve always loved the training — striving to make my best, better, whatever that looks like on any given day. I never really needed a race for motivation. But in situations like this, it helps: there’s always a process to work on, even when the outcome feels small.

The hip is progressing nicely. Soon we find out if the bone graft is taking to the clavicle, if the hardware is intact, and if healing looks good enough to finally start working on little lefty 💪

On antibiotics for 6+ months — a small price to keep everything on track. Grateful for a diligent team. No room for chances this time.

Paint your sky. You’ll find your way. Amor Fati 💛

Our recent women's retreat to Costa Rica was incredible—until we all realized we played way too hard and nobody could move 😅

I brought my Recovery Balm as a personal stash, but by day two, it became a group ritual. After lunch, everyone would gather around asking if they could use it.

By the end of the trip, so many of the women asked me how they could get their own.
And honestly? Once you use this stuff, it becomes a non-negotiable in your medicine cabinet. We used it for the soreness, sure, but it also saved us from the bug bites we collected (hello, Costa Rica 🌿). Everything. Aches, pains, bug bites—it all got handled.

Drop "topicals" in the comments and I'll send you my discount code for 20% off these incredible balms👇🏻

Apparently so good that I may have to hide it from my fiance because he keeps hogging it 🤣

But honestly - my arthritis in the left side of my neck makes hiking and birding pretty uncomfortable.

I’m on the hunt for a better camera strap (recommendations are welcome!), but until then I’m really loving @muscle_mx to help me move longer!
