Your first time onstage is about more than the poses. It’s about learning how to trust yourself under the lights. Congratulations to ✨Confidence By Design✨ posing client @thaitiki on stepping onto her first NPC stage this past weekend at @themusclequest, the Colorado Muscle Classic! Welcome to the NPC✨ Top 3️⃣ placing with two being a 🥇place finish In just three weeks, Tiki learned the mandatories and presentations for two divisions: Bikini and Wellness. That’s a lot to take in, especially while managing the nerves and uncertainty that can come with a first show. The judges’ feedback was encouraging: Tiki did a good job locking in her mandatories and for a True Novice athlete, those FUNDAMENTALS are what matter most. The work continues into 2027. Our next goals are to bring her poses to life, help her make them her own, and build ✨CONFIDENCE ✨so she’s not simply copying a pose or going through the motions. A presentation becomes stronger when an athlete started perceiving herself as confident. Fear and anxiety can be a real part of a first show. Learning how to manage those feelings takes time, practice, and support. Tiki has a great foundation to build on, and I’m proud of the work she put in and excited to keep helping her watching her grow. ✨ ✨Confidence By Design✨™️ Contact or DM kms.fitness5280@gmail.com @kmsfitnessllc 🔸IFBB | NPC BOUTIQUE CONTEST PREP 🔸Private NPC | IFBB POSING FITMODEL | BIKINI | FIGURE | WELLNESS 🔸Corrective/Aesthetic posing 🔸Specializing in Presentations 🔸HAIROGRAPHY 🔸🌏Virtual Posing 🔸🌏Online coaching #posingcoach#IFBB#NPC#prepcoach#online

PRESENTATIONS EVOLVE AS THE PHYSIQUE IMPROVES. @ladydoses was one of my first posing clients, and we’ve been working together for three years. She started as a True Novice athlete with limited mobility and fluidity. Since then, we’ve steadily built her fundamentals, movement, and flow and her presentation has grown right alongside her physique. As an athlete advances, the routine has to evolve too. The presentation that worked as a True Novice may not show the same level of polish when you’re competing on a national stage and pursuing a Pro card. In yesterday’s session, we focused on her transition into the back pose. The rest of Amber’s presentation has beautiful flow, but THIS transition felt heavier and less connected. We traced it back to how she was shifting her weight from one foot to the other. The goal is to teach her to suspend and transfer her weight through the movement so the step feels light and seamless. That means asking the right questions: Where is your weight? How are you distributing it? What does the movement feel like? Small adjustments can bring the whole presentation into harmony and keep it growing with the athlete.✨ ✨Confidence By Design✨™️ Contact or DM kms.fitness5280@gmail.com @kmsfitnessllc 🔸IFBB | NPC BOUTIQUE CONTEST PREP 🔸Private NPC | IFBB POSING FITMODEL | BIKINI | FIGURE | WELLNESS 🔸Corrective/Aesthetic posing 🔸Specializing in Presentations 🔸HAIROGRAPHY 🔸🌏Virtual Posing 🔸🌏Online coaching #posingcoach#IFBB#NPC#prepcoach#online

10 clients, 26 top five placings, 2 Overall champions, and 18 first placings🔥 I’ve had this show prepared as one to sponsor and bring athletes to for a while. Just an incredible outcome and all credit to them for doing all I asked of them and the camaraderie they built together. It wasn’t a small show by any means and they went against good competition. Thank you to @thebranchwarren @armbrustdylan @richard_palmer51 for taking good care of us and putting on an excellent show. The peak went exactly as planned-not too much water manipulation, just enough carbs to bring him in dry and full. Posed to show his strengths and his conditioning and taper stood out. Next up, bring up the back even more then 2027 Master’s Nationals. @5_musclemommy 🥇1st Place True Novice Bikini 🥇1st Place Novice Bikini 🥇1st Place Open Bikini 🏆Open Bikini Overall Champion Warm up show for me and the champ before heading to Nationals. As soon as she walked in, I knew it was hers. Chandler is every bit a high level athlete in how she carries herself. This was a chance for us to collect data on water, food, tan, posing and I know what needs to be done for us to get the card. Job’s not done-let’s do this champ. @tonka.fitness_ 🥇1st Place Novice Classic Physique 🥇1st Place True Novice Classic Physique 🥈 2nd Place Classic Physique NATURAL and a first timer. This was our warm up before heading to TX State Naturals in 3 weeks. To place as well as he did against enhanced athletes is super impressive. I could see his structure in different poses didn’t translate as well on stage but now we modify that, come in tighter and fill out

Did you know OCB and NPC Bikini shows can use different presentation formats? True Novice OCB Bikini athlete @salila_thuyyyy is building a tighter, more confident presentation one detail at a time: clean transitions, purposeful posing, and a back pose that keeps her hair swept forward so her physique stays visible to the judges. Six weeks from her first stage and we’re sharpening the fundamentals that make a presentation look polished. We’re also preparing for the individual walk format her show will use a T-walk beginning at the back of the stage. Every federation and every show can have its own presentation details, so knowing the format is part of being stage-ready. ✨Confidence By Design✨™️ Contact or DM kms.fitness5280@gmail.com @kmsfitnessllc 🔸IFBB | NPC BOUTIQUE CONTEST PREP 🔸Private NPC | IFBB POSING FITMODEL | BIKINI | FIGURE | WELLNESS 🔸Corrective/Aesthetic posing 🔸Specializing in Presentations 🔸HAIROGRAPHY 🔸🌏Virtual Posing 🔸🌏Online coaching #posingcoach#IFBB#NPC#prepcoach#online

Happy Monday and we are back to work in the virtual posing lab with Another FIGURE beauty @darialiftsheavy with a presentation lockdown. The fundamentals level of my coaching helps me assess how well an athlete executes the fundamentals of her division, I’m also looking for the artistic qualities that may not yet come naturally to her Awareness: a precise hand placement, a subtle change in her fingers, the direction of her head and eyes, or a small accent that brings a transition to life. Those details can be easy to miss when an athlete is focused on remembering what comes next. I’m watching the full spectrum of her movements and helping her discover what feels natural, then refining it with intention. ARTISTIC FLARE can elevate a posing routine when it BELONGS to the athlete. My job is to shape those instincts so they complement her physique, strengthen her presentation, and turn the fundamentals into a performance. ✨Confidence By Design✨™️ Contact or DM kms.fitness5280@gmail.com @kmsfitnessllc 🔸IFBB | NPC BOUTIQUE CONTEST PREP 🔸Private NPC | IFBB POSING FITMODEL | BIKINI | FIGURE | WELLNESS 🔸Corrective/Aesthetic posing 🔸Specializing in Presentations 🔸HAIROGRAPHY 🔸🌏Virtual Posing 🔸🌏Online coaching #posingcoach#IFBB#NPC#prepcoach#online
