Growth is not an overnight endeavor. It’s a time-consuming commitment to deeper and deeper opportunities leading to mastery. And even then, we have to wonder how far the depths of knowledge & wisdom can go. Leveling up is going deeper in. #TerraFirma🌱 💡 @musecoaching #TransformationTuesday

Welcome to Tess Talks. 🍷 Consider this your invitation to pull up a seat, pour something you love, and unpack life with me. Maybe, just maybe, we’re the problem. 😂 No perfect people. No pretending we’ve figured it all out. Just honest conversations, different perspectives, a little humor, and hopefully a few revelations along the way. Because sometimes the best conversations start when we stop pretending we have all the answers. Welcome to the couch. Let’s talk. 🖤 #TessTalks #RealTalk #LifeUnfiltered #PersonalGrowth #ModernRelationships

Trying something new 🫶🏽 I’m getting ready to make a change in my nursing career, which means I won’t be working in behavioral health and substance use anymore. And while I know I need this change, that part genuinely makes me sad. One of my favorite things about my job has always been getting to know people, listening without judgment, helping them work through things, and sometimes just being the person they needed to talk to that day. So I joined @musecoaching as another little way to keep doing something I love: helping people. 💚 And it doesn’t have to be some huge life crisis 😂 Maybe you need dating advice, help figuring out what to text back, a second opinion on your dating profile, help with your wardrobe or social media, career guidance, confidence support, or you just need to vent to someone who will actually listen. Sometimes you don’t need therapy. You don’t need your friends telling you what they think you want to hear. You just need an outside perspective and someone to talk it through with. I’m not trying to pretend I have life completely figured out…I definitely don’t. 😂 But I’m a good listener, I care about people, and I’m pretty damn good at helping someone take a messy situation and figure out what to do next. So… we’re trying something new. 🥹💚 Come talk to me on Muse. Link is in my bio! #coaching #lifecoach #advice #adviceoftheday #careergrowth

🛋️ Sit with that question for a minute before you answer it. Not the polished version. Not the version that sounds good in the comments 🪷 🌷🪷THE REAL ONE ☝️ 🪷🌷🪷 You don’t have to post it publicly if you’re not ready - but I’d love 💚 for you to at least say it to yourself. # Synnfree #Truthoverperformance #reclaimyourvoice#TransformationalCoaching #identitycoach authenticself womanshealing selfhealing personalgrowth healing identitycoaching selfawareness

So I did a thing. If you know me, you know why. People have always come to me to talk - about dating, about life, about the stuff they can’t say to anyone else. So I finally made it official. I’m coaching on Muse now. Dating advice, how to talk to women, health, or when you just need to vent and hear the truth. I’m ready to chat and I’m ready to help. Link in bio. #coach #realtalk

Day 3 I lived every single one of these for years before I understood what they were actually telling me. They’re not personality flaws. They’re signals - your inner truth trying to get your attention. Which one hit the hardest?
