I was honored when @corinnekaysill asked me to teach the heated infrared mat classes for our @cocohousepilates July summer series with @alo 🤩

Getting a super cute matching @alo set is cool and what’s even better is connecting with all the amazing people who’ve been coming and sweating with me each week. The classes have been packed and full of energy and I absolutely love the @alowellnessclub community!

Thank you 🙏🏽 to everyone who’s been coming every week and I look forward to seeing you all on Friday for another fun class 😎💪🏽💪🏽

They say progress means letting go. We say romance means holding on.

The last wood-burning oven in Aspen. Kept alive for the flavor, for craft, for the simple pleasure of watching something burn beautifully.
