𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘇 is an Afro-Cuban collective of eight dynamic and versatile musicians, blending the infectious rhythms and spirit of Latin music with the rich harmonies and improvisational soul of jazz.

Rooted in tradition but always looking forward, the band draws inspiration from Latin music pioneers such as Tito Puente, Mongo Santamaría, Poncho Sanchez, and Eddie Palmieri.

Sancho Panchez brings together original compositions and fresh arrangements, shaped to create the sound of a true mambo big band. With a deep respect for Afro-Cuban musical heritage, the band explores the rich spectrum of Cuban genres—from rumba and mambo to cha-cha and son montuno—infused with spontaneous improvisation, fiery solos, and dynamic “specials” that echo the energy of a jazz big band.

Sancho Panchez is a celebration of rhythm, culture, and the joy of live music. Whether on stage or in the studio, the goal is to create an energetic and immersive experience that gets audiences moving and connects people through the universal language of Latin groove.
