🏀 Want to add misdirection to your 🎒? Try this progression

▪️1-2 step into shot - 5 makes (or until fluid)
▪️Cross step misdirection into shot - 5 makes (or until fluid)
▪️1-2 Step + cross step misdirection - 5 makes (or until fluid)
▪️Repeat all 3 on opposite side of floor

Easy quick hitter for shooters. Get your space & get the shot off.

🔑 Balance & footwork. The most important part of this progression is being able to shift your weight laterally while feeling powerful off of each foot seperately.
