Hi!!! I am Registered Massage Therapist practicing out of Mvment Therapy in Red Deer. I come from a background in sports and fitness, but I’ve always believed in treating the body as more than just muscles and bones. My approach blends therapeutic techniques with a holistic awareness, looking at the deeper picture emotionally, physically, and energetically. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension or just feel off balance, I’m here to help reconnect you to your body, support your healing, and bring you back into alignment💆🏼‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️

It is finally February!!! I swear January felt like 2 whole months but we made it through🙌

I am still currently in school but will be officially done at the end of this month!!

One thing about me is i’ve never been an honour roll student or put much effort into my education because i’d get so disappointed from my grades even when i tried my hardest

My high school experience was a struggle, I truly didn’t try and would skip class to avoid many issues I had and looking back today i’m so excited and proud of myself for all the work i’ve done to be in this position

I had to quickly figure out how to manage my time properly, which if you know me has never been a strong suite of mine, but you can accomplish a lot if you trust the process and just put an effort in everyday you can

I am beyond excited to become a student therapist at mvment therapy, and couldn’t be more grateful for this opportunity and to have these girls in my life 🥹🫶🏼

Our Team at Mvment Therapy is growing 🌱
Get to know a little bit more about us!

Hi everyone,
I’m Kayla 🤍 I started Mvment Therapy with the idea of adding more to to the team to allow for more people to be helped with pain management treatments. As someone who has chronic pain I strived to find treatments that ACTUALLY helped me. By finding treatments that worked I was ecstatic that as a Massage Therapist I could share my knowledge to better help my clients. With taking my first RAPID NFR course I felt such gratitude with where I could take things. Here we are years later & my vision is coming to light.

I was so honored to have added Stephanie to the team as she is EVERYTHING that I put on my vision board. I just wanted to copy & paste myself by having another RAPID Specialist that was also passionate about actually helping people. With Stephanie I literally got that and so much more. The way that she shows up for her clients is completely unmatched. I love watching her grow into more of an incredible therapist every day. 💖

Then we added Jorjia to the team and she friggen reached for the stars.✨ Jorjia has been such a wonderful addition as she really helps with everything behind the scenes. Now that Jorjia is almost done first year she will also be treating as a Student Massage Therapist & I am so grateful that she chose me to help guide her along her journey.

And now we have Caydince joining us in February! 🌞 Caydince & I actually used to work together and we truly connected. I love her energy towards MVMENT. By incorporating so much of it into her daily life by staying active & doing other wellness things. I am so excited to see what Caydince brings to Mvment Therapy.

I am truly blessed with having such an amazing team & so excited to see where the rest of 2025 takes all of us. 🤍

Our bodies are amazing and will heal after every tear, surgery, injury or break

All the body needs is the right type of treatment after the trauma to help it heal..

That's where RAPID NFR works the best.

When Kayla and myself see clients a lot of the times we hear

🔥 " I've tried everything"

🔥 " I've been told this is the best that it will get"

🔥 " I'll have to manage this pain for the rest of my life"

This is not the case, the body will heal and you don't have to live with the pain you were told you have to live with.

Myself even gets suprised time to time with how I can help people rid their pain within a 30 minute appointment

So if you don't want to live with pain anymore we are here to help you

Holistic health is something that many are choosing and or coming back to because other things have not been working.

Instead of relying on medications and different treatments many have been choosing to go back to things more natural by choosing to use different holistic manual therapies.

There have been many times when we see people walk in our clinic after trying treatments such as cortisone injections and leaving our clinic after a RAPID session and getting even better results.

We choose to treat you with one of the best forms of manual therapy because we actually want to see you get better.
