12 days out from HYROX Birmingham. Tuesday night at @mwheliteperformancecentre with @ohare_matt and coach @josh_jkperformance
Brief was simple: Zone 2, RPE 6–7. Round 1 nailed it. Round 2, same loads, same pace, cost 9 bpm more. That’s the fatigue tax you want to find in training, not on race day.
56. Still building. 🟡 #HYROXBirmingham #HybridTraining #MastersAthlete #fitover50

“Do not go gently into the light. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.” Every hard session is a vote against decline. Turn up. Push. Go again. There’s always one more rep in there. This is my favourite session of the week. #Longevity #FitOver50 #StrongerWithAge #hyrox #hyroxbirmingham
