Last week in Bible Study we dove into Galatians 3, where Paul teaches us that relying on the Law only brings a curse. The Law had a purpose, to reveal our need for a Savior, but the ultimate fulfillment of God’s promise to Abraham came through Jesus Christ. Now, by putting our faith in Him, we too become heirs of that promise!

For us today, this means righteousness doesn’t come through works. Our works are evidence of faith, but they can’t save us. We are saved by grace through faith in Christ alone. 🙌

✨ If you’re looking for real biblical community, Young Adults in Christ is for you!

📖 Tonight, we’re switching things up as we prepare for a packed October! Join us for our first virtual Bible Study on Zoom at 7 PM. If you’d like to tap in, make sure you’re in the GroupMe for the link!

“Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, to make you obey its passions. Do not present your members to sin as instruments for unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life, and your members to God as instruments for righteousness. For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬-‭14‬ ‭ESV‬‬

I made the greatest decision of my life !
“Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭NIV‬‬
“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭NIV‬‬
