Thank you to everyone who made this con so incredibly special. And to my incredible bf @sl34zee for being my assistant and co-artist 🥺 This was my first time ever vending, and I couldn’t help but feel a little like the annoying little star struck kid oogling over the other artist’s displays and setups—but everyone was so kind to me, talked to me, gave me advice, and appreciated my work. Even though we didn’t make profit, i’m determined to keep trying and getting better each and every time! This experience was invaluable for learning what it’s like to be a full time artist—and I now know that this is what I want to do with my life. What I thought would always be my hobby can be my career. I can’t wait for next time!

woah okay - where do i begin?

this post is late (as always XD); convention life has blown me away ONCE AGAIN. motivation continues to be an issue and this was all a last minute plan just like the time before.

BUT

just when i beat myself up on the way to the convention for not finishing my cosplay or planning for 3 days, i was given hope, genuine laughs and smiles, and new friends. life is too chaotic as of right now and i let all the bad stuff get in the way of what i love. i love cosplaying and participating at conventions, but i love the endless love and support and life long friends WAY more. just going for one day healed yet another piece of me that needed to be restored. you humans are the most creative, kindest, and incredible souls i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. ALL OF YOU !

and to my amigo Corey, thank you for joining and experiencing the love with me. i look forward to doing this more often with you. and to all of our new friends as well. :)

xoxo babes,,
