Comment SET to shop!🍦The Neapolitan Mock Neck set is what dreams are made of!! Although this is a set you may find at another boutique… we ordered exclusive and extended sizing making it the perfect addition to A Week of Henly (bonus points for ours being more affordable as always!)

Every girl on our team that has tried this on fell in looooove! The material is perfection and the fit is fabulous and truly can be worn in 50000 different ways. It is one of those sets you’ll put on and just never want to take off. 🤤🤤🤤

The secret isn’t motivation.

It’s consistency.

We’ll see you in class.

Every instructor brings something different to the studio.

Different personalities. Different coaching styles. One shared commitment to helping you feel your strongest.

Meet your instructors.

At The Firm, our instructors are students of the method too.
We believe the best coaches never stop learning which is why our instructors are in class just as much as they’re teaching it.
Constantly refining. Constantly growing. Constantly leading by example.
