Honestly just doing the best I can.

First, shoutout to all women this International Women's Day.

Second, big shoutout to women dealing with endometriosis and other diseases that most don't have to even try to understand to get by in their day-to-day lives.

Finally, I'd like to say how proud I am of Myan and how incredible it is to watch her overcome a lot very tough issues. She's put up with chronic pain for nearly her entire life. Scoliosis that required life saving surgery almost 20 years ago. Endometriosis that required surgery to try and improve quality of life. Both are great outcomes for someone trying to hurt less, but not exactly curing the issues they treat.

Myan's pain is daily whether its endometriosis or scoliosis. It would be hard for me to understand if I didn't see it first hand. Myan powers through it when she has to and when she wants to. Myan lives in pain every day. Myan earns annual awards at work two years in a row. Myan recovered from a hysterectomy and lived in pain every day she worked to earn those rewards. Myan makes time for friends. Myan lives in pain every day. Myan will take time for me when she needs to rest. Myan hurts in order to help me heal. She is incredible.

Endometriosis doesn't have a cure and it doesn't have nearly enough funding and research being done for the number of people it affects. Women deserve better and I'll be making it a part of my routine to help where I can. Hope you can join too 🤘🤘

Love you @myanraquel

Very rarely do we all have nothing to do, at the same time, on the same day and somehow, we were all broken up in groups that could come together. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💝

I love you so much Myan. Looking forward to partying hard in our 30s 😘
