A HUGE congratulations to our newly licensed GA
MIXEDFIT instructors! ♥️🖤♥️🖤

Thank you to my amazing host, Christina Ashford, and Onelife Fitness - Lawrenceville for opening your doors and allowing us to use your space.

A special thank you to our MEs Angela Hill, Christina & Mýa Huggins for pouring your knowledge, passion, and energy into our participants. And to Porschia M Epps, Gina Isabel Nery, Debby Stone, Emily Bohling, Marcie & Lovey Cocoeyez McPherson… thank you for your guidance, encouragement, and support throughout the training.

To everyone who showed up, stepped outside of their comfort zone, and pushed themselves beyond what they thought they could do- CONGRATULATIONS!
You did it!

This is only the beginning. Continue to learn, grow, inspire, and bring YOUR unique energy to every room you enter.

Welcome to our MIXEDFIT family! We are so excited to see where this journey takes you!
