PAUSE - take just 30 seconds for you.

A moment by the stream in Epping Forest.

• Light glimmers and sparkles in the flow.
• Water rolling over the pebbles beneath.
• Gentle birdsong in the background.
• And a layer of a Water Koshi Chime over the top.
• A perhaps uninvited lull of the m25 in the far distance, but equally as soothing, taking on the essence of brown noise.

Been away from the coast and back to Epping Forest for a few days, working with @dragonflywellness.uk on some projects and events so took an opportunity to have a good long walk having not seen the forest change over autumn.

Absolutely loving transferring the knowledge and continue using the techniques I learned with @billys_beachart but this time working with these gorgeous autumnal leaves and earthy energy.

Back in the South West now and onwards to some sacred lands I've not yet explored.

Autumn 2023.

I've often thought of Autumn purely from the perspective of "letting go" as the trees draw inwards and drop their leaves.

But my walks this Autumn have lead me to explore the sense of "emerging" - rising up from the earth, pushing through the soils and debris, through the rot and decay, into the freshness of crisp sunshine and cool air.

Incoming! Slow Motion Bee in Flight!

Pure magic. Natures gloden moments.

Anyone who knows me will know how connected to bees i am and how it was actually a walk in the beautiful @nationaltrust Sheringham Park, Norfolk that aligned my path to work with sound.

What has nature guided you towards on your journey?

E M E R G E // Spring seems to have (properly) sprung and the sun is here!

How many emerging bees have you seen recently?

And as beings of nature ourself, human beings, how many of you are emerging, coming out of that restful sleepy seasonal state?

Like the seasons, we too rest, emerge, bloom and shed.

I'm certainly starting to notice a shift, in energy and attention. Awakening. Emerging. Loosening and shaking off of the metaphorical soil as I yearn for, connect and lean into the light.

R O A M // The softness of snow, silencing life's noise.

Snow untouched
A land without rules
Without guidelines
Control
Rules
Order
Just nature
Blanketed in timelessness
Slow in pace
Gentle in presence
Space to be
And to be just that
At one
Connection
Plus
Separation
In everything we find nothing
In nothing we find it all
The balance
The contrast
To appreciate one
We must be aware of the other

Thank you snow
As ever
For calming my fire
For slowing my pace
My mind
For drawing me back to stillness
For bringing me back to myself
The innocence and flow
Of who we are in nature
And we are in fact
Nature

Winter solstice 🙏🧡 Fog and Pines.

Embracing for the last day of the year, the longest and lowest shadows. I often feel like this too at this time of year. Time to lay down, long, low and rest. With in mind to gently start to let the light back in when the time is right.

Tonights Winter Solstice Sound Bath is my last group session of 2021 with my last private client tomorrow. I will be taking a break for the first week of January before seeing clients again but feel free to drop me a message, email or phone to arrange booking.

My last walk in the beautiful Epping Forest was back when it was snowing. I walked around Loughton Brook and Baldwins Hill which are amongst my favourite parts of the Forest. I loved the clapboarded cottage in the 2nd shot - something I aspire to! I have temporarily moved back to Oxfordshire so natural content will for now feature more of the Chiltern Hills AONB and the desecration of them by HS2. #eppingforest #eppingforestwalks #essex #essexcountryside #loughton #loughtonian
