Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of bringing Pilates and Recovery together for a very special FORMA x Hytte session! 🤍 We started the day with a Pilates workout led by @anaposhh, before moving into a guided recovery session in the sauna with @gusonflow - combining heat, cold, breathwork and a moment to fully reset. What we loved most was seeing everyone move, recover and spend time together beyond the sessions. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day feel so special. And of course, thank you to our partners for keeping everyone fuelled afterwards: @enzo.oats for the perfect post-workout oats and @drinkkitsu for the refreshing electrolyte drinks!
