My last outdoor season in the U18 category has come to an end after 4 months of back-to-back competition and I'm super happy with the results that I achieved this summer 🏹🎯 I've made so many amazing memories and will keep them with me forever.

My season started out with the Youth and Masters Pan Am Championships in Medellin, Columbia and I was so honored to represent Canada on an international stage 🇨🇦Afterwards, I worked a lot on my technique and mental game and was able to win gold at the Ontario Junior Challenge, Ontario Target Championships, Ontario Summer Games and Nationals 🥇 I also won silver at Canada Cup East 🥈Last year, matches were the biggest struggle for me, however, I was able to improve lots this year and overcame the difficulty.

My last tournament was the Youth Olympic Trials this weekend. Although the pressure was definitely intense and I didn't feel quite like my best self, I still saw the result of my improvements in matches on Day 2. I'm especially proud with my results in the individual round robin with both the male and female categories. I was able to win 5 out of 6 of my matches and lost my last one in a shoot-off. Overall, every second was a learning experience and I can't wait to see what comes next 🏹

Finally, this season was full of ups and downs and no matter the result, I was able to learn something new from every tournament. I am so grateful for my @arrowacademyarchery for all their support at all times. Not only was I able to improve because of them but I had the best time with my teammates at every competition. Thank you to @ramrodsarchery for their constant support and for providing me with top-notch equipment and to @archery_canada for organizing events in the best shape possible. And last but not least, I'm the most grateful to my family who believed in me and never stopped showing up. Their support was and is the reason for why I never give up and I know I can accomplish anything with them by my side 💖

I had so much fun this tournament! I didn’t shoot my best, but loved seeing all my friends. I’m sad outdoor season is over, but I can’t wait for indoor.
