A girl from Lakeland with a story to tell.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to share my journey, my healing, and the heart behind The Mental Side of Things. What many see as strength was built through grief, loss, resilience, and the decision to keep going when life gave me every reason not to.
This moment isn’t just about being on a show. It’s about reminding someone that your story matters, your healing matters, and your voice deserves to be heard.
From surviving to healing. From healing to helping others heal.
This is bigger than me. 💜

There’s a version of me people never saw.
The one that smiled but was struggling.
The one that showed up but was exhausted.
The one that kept going... even when mentally, I was tired.
This journal holds pieces of that version of me.
“The Mental Side of Things” isn’t about perfection.
It’s about truth.
It’s about facing what you tried to bury.
It’s about choosing yourself... even when it hurts.
This is more than pages.
This is healing.
#RealHealing #TheMentalSideOfThings
#MentalStrength #InnerWork. This isn’t just a journal…
it’s a reflection of everything I had to overcome silently.
“The Mental Side of Things”
A celebration of truth, healing, and choosing yourself.
