the first time i checked the lyrics of BiiiG, i knew i had to make a post about it, because yes, you can totally make a pop hit that distinctively reflects your own language and culture, and that's exactly what this song is! 20 years, man, and GD's language game is still going strong throughout his discography. OUR KOREAN TEACHER, Y'ALL 🤭🤌🏼💛🩵🩷

My liberation notes aesthetics 🍃🌿🍀

♡ scp : @drxmasceness
♡ drama : my liberation notes
♡ episodes: 16
♡ duration: 1 hour
♡ plot : Set in the quiet, rural town of Sanpo, My Liberation Notes follows three adult siblings—hot-tempered Ki-jeong, aimless Chang-hee, and introverted Mi-jeong—who face the crushing exhaustion of daily three-hour commutes to Seoul alongside a deep sense of personal stagnation. Emotionally suffocated by mandatory office social clubs and a repetitive existence, Mi-jeong reaches out to Mr. Gu, a mysterious, heavy-drinking stranger working for her father, asking him to "worship" her—an unconventional demand for total, non-judgmental support aimed at helping both escape their mental fatigue. Alongside two fellow introverts at work, Mi-jeong also forms the "Liberation Club," a sanctuary dedicated to unburdening themselves from life's hidden pressures. Rather than relying on dramatic plot twists, the story moves through quiet, deeply realistic beats, capturing how ordinary people gradually break free from internal isolation, suburban exhaustion, and the emotional walls they built to survive. honestly, i’ve always been in a stage of feeling not quite happy and not quite sad. but whenever i come here, you all somehow make me feel so cared for, loved, and less lonelier. i’ve made friends with such wonderful, talented editors and have the kindest, sweetest group of people who support me in everything i do & i genuinely can’t thank you all enough for that.

this edit is just everything that i am. nature has a way of always making me feel like everything is going to be alright, even if it’s just for a moment, and i wanted to share a piece of that with you. to anyone who is feeling lost or heavy right now, i hope you know it’s completely okay to not feel okay. we'll figure it out somehow, let's keep treating ourselves kindly, find everything we can be grateful for, and move at our own pace to feel better naturally.

i would like to dedicate this edit for all of you who has been here for me<3
