An ✨everlasting love✨ for sure at our anniversary dinner last night! My husband and I got married two years ago today and what better place to celebrate than @mykos_northvale ?! Everything from the ambiance to the food was perfection!
I got the Mykonos spritz and he got the green goddess margarita (both delish), we split spanakopita, grilled octopus, and pita, then I got the halibut in caper butter sauce and he got a pork chop (unpictured oops). Ended the night with complimentary dessert of filo dough with orange custard and powdered sugar😍 They also started us with a sample of their feta dip and it was so good I wish we got that too! #mykos #bergencountynj #njeats #njfoodie #missrigatoni

I’ve been meaning to try Mykos for a while, and last night I finally got the chance — and I’m so glad I did! 🇬🇷

From the team behind Verana in Norwood, Mykos brings a modern take on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, and the entire experience was fantastic.

Here’s what I ordered:

🍷 Cabernet — my usual!

🐙 Grilled Octopus — I’m a HUGE sucker for grilled octopus, and Mykos absolutely understood the assignment. Perfectly grilled and delicious.

🦞 Lobster Yiouvetsi — orzo + kefalograviera. WOW. Easily one of the highlights of the meal. I highly recommend this!

🍒 Greek Yogurt with Cherries — the perfect light dessert and tasted homemade.

And the hospitality was just as impressive as the food. Emily, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were treated like Hollywood royalty. ⭐️

Phenomenal food, amazing staff, and an unforgettable night.

If you haven’t tried Mykos — or their sister restaurant Verana — make your reservations ASAP! 🇬🇷🍷🐙🦞
