Still processing the magic of this weekend with @myleadorg. The growth, the connections, the pure joy—it was unreal. This weekend with MyLead was nothing short of life-changing. Watching the YLs grow in such a short time—from being quiet and unsure to leading with confidence and heart—was incredible. They reminded me how powerful stepping outside of your comfort zone can be. To my amazing team of CAs, thank you for every laugh, every late night, and every ounce of support. This isn’t just a program—it’s a family. I’m leaving with lifelong memories and a reminder of why I love doing this!! 🫳🏻✨

Wow what a stupendous leadership conference. I am so blessed to have been able to work with such incredible people this weekend, each and every MyLeader is stupendous.

My baby girl spent the entire weekend at Michigan State University attending a fully-funded leadership conference for which she was nominated. It's a joy to see her thrive, make new friends, and embrace her future with such enthusiasm. She’s a natural born leader!

I love to engaged with adults to help shift where they are at in life and business…

But!

I love inspiring our youth to dream bigger and achieve more before they become adults.

I’m exited to be headed back to MYLead this weekend to focus on four principles that will help these future leaders navigate life.

I wish I had someone standing in front of me back when I was 15/16/17 and sharing what’s possible.

I STRONGLY believe it’s a must to pour into our future generations about what’s possible and prepare them for the road ahead.

This program does just that! MyLead has been a strong advocate for embracing youth and helping them level up!

I’m blessed to be a small part of the giant process.

As the May 2025 MYLead Conference wraps up, I am reminded of how grateful I am to be a part of this community of leaders. Being able to inspire positive change in young adults is something that keeps me coming back year after year. I had an amazing time participating as a Group Facilitator this year. 8 years of MYLead down and many more to come. Thank you to all the wonderful people that make this happen ❤️
