Dear Camp Hirsch,
I truly feel God saw something missing in my life and sent y’all to me at the perfect time. In a summer of many different struggles, I always had one thing I was able to count on, 23 counselors and 2 amazing chairs. I truly don’t know the person I would have turned out to be at the end of this summer if it wasn’t for y’all. The only word I can see fit to describe camp as a whole is family, all different in our own ways, but we came together and showed so much love for our school and each other. This summer has flown by and I don’t think any one of us was truly ready for it to be over, but we are all so excited to continue these friendships past this summer and into the future. Each and every one of y’all has something special to give and showed that throughout the short 3 days at camp we had. Never have I ever witnessed something as special as Lakeview this year. That empty camp room quickly turned into so much laughter, fun, love, and memories. I don’t consider many things in life perfect, but Camp Hirsch was and is perfect to me.
Shoutout to our namesake @kelsey.hirsch.2015 for providing us with so much this summer and for being an amazing role model. Also shoutout to DG 8 for being the best DG ever and Smith 8 for the wholesome late night girly talk!
Finally, to my partner @kkking_mikeyyy thank you for being by my side and showing your love and caring spirit to everyone!
Thank you Fish Camp for the best summer of my life, I am forever in debt to this organization and all it has given me💙

i don’t think it could get much better than this!

to my perfect camp, thank you for changing my life. y’all are everything i could’ve ever hoped for and more. i’m eternally grateful to have ended my time at lakeview with a group like y’all, one that loves each other so intentionally and has made our camp feel more like a family. i love each of you so dearly and couldn’t be more proud! you’ve impacted me in more ways than you know. yell off champs forever!

and to session b, we did it! i truly couldn’t think of a better group to do this alongside with. megan, you’re the best to ever do it and it’s been such a blessing having someone like you pour so much love and support into all of us. our session really does have something special!
