🍂 Fall Roadtrip Recap 🍂

Our fall getaway started with a nonstop @breezeairways flight from CHS to PVD, and turned into a road trip through five incredible destinations! As a family of four, we love Breeze Airway’s two-seat rows because they make traveling together that much easier.

Here’s how we made the most of our trip:

🍁 Mystic, CT: A charming seaport, fresh seafood, waterfront dining, and fresh apple cider.

🍁 New Haven, CT: A tour of Yale University and legendary New Haven-style apizza with its signature thin, charred crust.

🍁 Newport, RI: Coastal views, historic mansions, new restaurant finds, and a scenic ride along the water.

🍁 Providence, RI: Federal Hill’s Italian heritage, local food favorites, and the lively Columbus Day Festival.

🍁 Boston, MA: A day exploring Boston Common and the city’s historic, vibrant neighborhoods.

Then it was back home on an early flight, with a sunrise view that made the early wake-up call worth it! One nonstop flight opened the door to an entire New England adventure, and that’s what we love about finding new places to explore as a family.

Last week I took off work and did the longest run of my life! My goal was 14 but I hit a time constraint for an apt at the end of the run but I did 13.2 so it was my longest run and I was pleased!

Nearly 2 1/2 years ago God put it all n my heart to train for a 10 k at a time that I was not thinking that was achievable. I think there are many reasons God put running on my heart and feel that one of them is because it really does “awake my soul”

I meet many people on my runs and this day I met a very talented photographer who did the footage of the videos of me running and the still one on the pier. They are my favorites. Thank you @qewdec for capturing this special day!

Loved the pistachio pizza, margarita pizza, fall burrata salad, fall marg, and chocolate soft serve- plenty of topping options 🙌🏻🔥

The fire pits, tables, and open space is perfect for large groups and families to come hangout!

We had so much fun getting a sneak peek of @untitledpizzaco & @mimissoftserve.sc bites! Get the burrata salad and pistachio pesto pizza and do NOT skip the chocolate dip on your cone (trust me)!! 🤭
