We’re fussy about the matcha powders we use at home.

If we’re whisking one fresh, we tend to use a high quality organic matcha powder with just milk.

When we’re having one on the go, we don’t mind a little unrefined sugar or syrup added. 🤍

Hiii 🤍

I’ve been taking some intentional time to slow down with how much I’m showing up on socials lately.

I hope to be back posting more regularly soon, but for now I’m letting myself show up in smaller ways. I’m still here 🫶🏼

I found myself feeling a little burnt out and quite disconnected from both myself and social media.

I always want to show up as my most authentic self, and I realised I was starting to slip into showing up to please others rather than creating from a place that actually feels aligned and true to me.

Anyway, here are a few little bits of life lately 🤍 adjusting to whatever this slower, more inward season is asking of me.

A little something for the mums in your life. We’ve rounded up a few of our favourites.. all here to shop at the Grocer before Mother’s Day:

@leifproducts - Australian-made botanical skincare with a honey-like feel and beautiful fragrance. The perfect treat for the bathroom shelf.

@maydetea - founded by naturopath Kate Dalton right here in Byron Bay, these organic tea blends make the most beautiful, thoughtful gift.

@lomacoffee.co - born out of Byron Bay’s café culture and built on ethically sourced, specialty coffee. For the mum who runs on a good brew.

@thebeautychef - Australian-made inner beauty supplements packed with certified organic, bio-fermented wholefood ingredients for glowing skin from the inside out.

@mymatchaco - ceremonial grade matcha for the mum who loves a slow, mindful morning ritual.
