One of my most exciting projects this summer has been creating the Yoni Temple Stools. 🌹

If you’re anything like me, you may have always wanted to yoni steam, but somehow could never quite get comfortable . Squatting over a bowl I could never fully relax, I didn’t feel inspired by the yoni steaming boxes I saw on Etsy and the whole makeshift bowl-over-the-toilet situation makes my tummy churn!

So I decided to work with an incredible carpenter to create something beautiful, sacred and actually comfortable stools made especially for the priestesses.

These stools are handmade from rich walnut and oak, with every curve, proportion and detail intentionally considered for comfort, ritual and presence.

The walnut seat offers wisdom, protection and transformation. The grounding oak legs represent the Four Directions creating four pillars for your own personal temple.

The opening is inspired by the Vesica Piscis, the sacred geometry of creation. And woven into the design are symbols of the Moon, Rose and Ankh honouring our cycles, sensuality, heart, creativity, life force and transformation.

As priestesses have begun sitting and connecting with them, I’ve realised they are becoming something far beyond a beautiful way to yoni steam.

They are becoming sacred temple seats.

A place to sit in council.
To oracle.
To create ceremony and tend to sacred business.
And even to free bleed.

There is something about sitting on them that feels deeply activating and aligning, it’s as though the stool itself becomes part of the ritual.

Glastonbury Sacred Feminine Pilgrimage

day one —
sound journey at the abbey

the idea for this pilgrimage came to me during a sound bath at Pyramids of Chi earlier this year, in Jan:

an archetypal pilgrimage through the different faces of the feminine.

each day, meeting a different archetype.
exploring her.
learning from her.
remembering her.
embodying her.

on our first day,
we met the Magdalene.

her way of devotion.
her courage to walk in truth.
her unwavering faith.
her deep, grounded knowing of self.
her wisdom of medicine, anointing + healing.

and then, midway through our sharing, a woman named Mary appeared with her dog…
whose name was Sophia.

on the day of the Magdalene!!

yesterday, I heard something that stayed with me:

before you say yes to the journey,
you own the journey.

once you step into it,
the journey owns you.

that’s one of the things I love most about pilgrimage.

I can plan the route.
choose the places.
prepare the teachings.

and then something else begins to happen:

the pilgrimage starts speaking back.

and as the cherry on top, @crepesbyjustin happened to be in Glastonbury that very Sunday — the ONE food experience I was most excited to share with my friends. 😋

Chloe Isidora has been a muse of mine for many years now. One of those rare women who moves through the world with beauty, depth and devotion in equal measure.

Last night, she joined us for Wild Power, bringing her exquisite MYMOON Power oils and guiding a deeply nourishing anointing ritual for the women gathered around the table. It felt like such a gift to weave her wisdom into the evening.

Chloe has spent years supporting women to reconnect with themselves through ritual, cyclical living and self-care, and there is something truly special about the way she holds space; gentle, grounded and full of grace.

Next week we gather for the very first Wild Power - the first of many evenings created especially for women.

Co-hosted by Ruth Harris and myself at The Hairy Barista, this intimate gathering is an invitation to slow down, connect and celebrate the power of women in community.

In two weeks we will gather for our very first Wild Power Supper Club at @the.hairy.barista . I am so excited to share that my dear friend @chloeisidora will be joining us for the evening.

Founder of MYMOON Power and author of Sacred Self-Care: Everyday Rituals for a More Joyful and Meaningful Life, Chloe has spent almost two decades supporting women and womb-bearers to reconnect with their bodies, cycles and innate wisdom.

As part of the evening, Chloe will guide us through a beautiful anointing ritual using her handcrafted MYMOON Power oils. Created with high-performance botanicals and designed to support women through the different phases of cyclical living ~ including menstruation, motherhood, peri-menopause and menopause these oils are an invitation to slow down, nourish ourselves and honour the seasons within.

At @mymoonpower, the intention is simple: to create rituals that replenish. Ethically and consciously made, vegan and cruelty-free, every element has been carefully considered, from the botanicals themselves to the mycelium-grown packaging.

For the past few months I’ve been working alongside the wonderful Ruth and Roee as Creative Consultant for The Hairy Barista and ADAMA Events, helping to shape some beautiful new gatherings for their community.

One event I’m especially excited about is our very first Wild Power Supper Club, taking place on Thursday 18th June at The Hairy Barista in Totnes.

Created as an intimate evening for women to gather, soften, reconnect and celebrate the wild feminine, the evening will be filled with candlelight, meaningful conversation, welcome cocktails, a seasonal three-course supper by A Taste of Nutmeg, and a beautiful MYMOON Power Ritual led by my magical friend Chloe Isidora.

This is the first of what we hope will become a regular gathering — a space for women to be nourished, inspired and connected in the company of other wonderful women.

Spaces are limited, so booking is essential and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Since the beginning of time a women’s intuition has informed her what is really going on inside her man, within their family/ village and within the collective.

She was built this way because it’s her greatest gift to humanity….

but for far too many lifetimes her inner oracle has been suppressed by the collective fear of truth & the necessary initation that comes with acknowledging truth.

Our founder Lisa chats to @mymoonpower about how PMDD can be a superpower!

“Lisa is a PMS & PMDD practitioner and menstruality coach who knows firsthand the debilitating effects of PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder).

For years, she struggled with severe symptoms that made her life almost unmanageable. Now Lisa stands as an inspiring guide for women dealing with similar challenges, showing that through menstruality awareness, PMDD can become a superpower.

In a recent video chat with @mymoonpower Lisa shares the difference between PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) and PMDD. PMS affects many women with symptoms like mood swings, bloating, and fatigue, PMDD is a more severe condition that impacts about 3-8% of women. PMDD includes intense emotional and physical symptoms, such as severe depression, irritability, intrusive thoughts that can lead to suicidal ideation.

Lisa teaches women how to manage challenging menstrual symptoms such as severe PMS and PMDD through cyclical living and cycle tracking. Showing women how to transform their symptoms and gain a much more positive, life-affirming experience of their menstrual mental health.

She is also the founder of @theredrebelcollective an organisation set up to provide a safe and empowering space for women and people AFAB struggling with PMS and PMDD. They offer education, support and community through free resources, events and online courses. The Red Rebel Collective takes a unique approach to menstrual health, looking beyond symptoms into a deeper story. They also have their own radio station, @redrebelfm supporting emerging women and gender minority DJs in the UK and beyond and raising awareness of PMDD.”
