PROJECT PERFORMANCE | EP. 2: MANAGING PAIN ⚡️

The plan was to build strength, but this week called for managing pain and adjusting the workload. While managing my workload I had to address my core foundations and isometrics to build tendon tolerance.
Listening to my body will be the first step towards growth.

Progress isn’t always linear. Sometimes you have to take a step back to build the foundation needed to move forward.

Build the foundation. Trust the process. Chase performance. 📈

What I prioritize in every session:

Quality over quantity. Fewer exercises, done better.

Simple things, done extraordinarily well. Master the basics first.

Train like the end goal. If the goal is sport, rehab should look like sport.

Explain the why behind every intervention.

That’s the standard. Every session.
