For this year’s Summer Spotlight, we received dozens of submissions photographed by our community. What we originally planned as one full post quickly turned into two… and now, due to overwhelming demand, we’re happy to present the third (and final!) part of our summer series, highlighting even more of our community’s amazing photography. A huge thank you to everyone who submitted. It has been such an honor to look through so many beautiful images from around the world. Every submission brought something special, making the process of narrowing them down all the more difficult. We never expected this kind of response, and we’re incredibly grateful to our community for coming together and sharing a little more of their lives, travels, and summers with us. We look forward to doing it again next summer!

There’s something special about spending summer in Kuwait. Shalaih weekends, late nights with family and friends, and even though you could be travelling anywhere, it still feels like there’s nowhere else you need to be. For the second part of this year’s Summer Spotlight, we wanted to share our community’s summer at home. This summer has felt a little different. The conflict around us has kept many of us closer to home, cancelling travel plans and leaving a lot of things uncertain, but we’re glad to see so many people making the most of it. In many ways, this summer has served as a reminder of how nice it can be to stay home for the summer and embrace everything Kuwait has to offer.
