Still taking this one in. 💙

These photos capture one moment, but they don’t capture all the people who helped me reach it.

So incredibly grateful for my coach, everyone who encouraged me, pushed me, believed in me, checked in on me, and supported me throughout this process. There are so many amazing people behind these photos who helped turn a goal into a reality, and I’ll never be able to fully express how much that means to me.

First stage down, and somehow I’m leaving even hungrier to grow, improve, and see where I can take this. ✨

This is just the beginning 🤍

THIS IS BODYBUILDING…

Coaching 3 clients and competing at the same time into a bikini competition was HARD.

I had a stress knot in my back all day long, I felt like I was always 1 step behind what was needed to get done, and keeping y’all updated as best I could was a TRIP!

(I almost had a mental breakdown after finding that I’d lost one of my dangle earrings… but @andrea.ekiko came in clutch and found it backstage on the floor 😭😭😭 THANK YOU ANDREA!)

HOWEVER, I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. I am BEYOND proud of each of my clients who competed over the weekend: @lilyherrr @missroxtar @lexielitlifts

I had front row seats to watching them ALL experience a new side of competing with a TEAM. A unit of support is EVERYTHING bts during the chaos of show day.

Watching you all overcome the mental challenges of the day inspired me to be bold and courageous on that stage. Thank you for showing up for me as much as I showed up for you 🌹🤝✨

All 3 were so wonderful to coach through this prep and thank you for sharing the stage with me as a competitor as well. 🏆

I hope you know ALL of you made me SO proud on Saturday. 🥹

Now let’s reverse out of this prep, and come back stronger for the next one. 🏆🏆🏆

💋💄 My stunning makeup was done by @missmarple08
💅 And my gorgeous nails were done by @arianyacrylics
THANK YOU BOTH for putting the finishing touches on my stage presence, I couldn’t have done it without you! 🌹✨🌹✨

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to my coach.
@gidgetmigliaccio | @myproprep | @myprosuit
YOU ARE AN ANGEL! She recruited me in the locker room at my gym and coached me out of shear belief that I can be one of the best. Your faith in me has inspired me to push myself to limits I didn’t know was possible. Thank you for your expertise and constant education through this process. CHEERS to future adventures together, because Gidget… you deserve way more credit than you have ever received. And not only did she coach me, she posed me AND CREATED MY SUIT BY HAND. 💜✨
So again Coach Gidget, THANK YOU 🥂🤝💥
