My first conference I ever went to was all the way back in 2011, for WPPI U in Atlanta, and ever since then I have found my second home at conferences. @bokehphotosummit hosted by @andrebrownphoto has to be one of the most fun. It’s different and stands out from other conferences in its location, instructors, the best models I have ever seen at a conference, black tie gala, and community. I have been lucky enough to attend for the past two years and just wanted to share a little snapshot of all I saw when I was there! If you didn’t get the chance to go this year, you really need to try to make it next year!!

✨ The world will always demand more. More time, more energy, more hustle. ✨ But what if success isn’t found in doing more, but in making room for what matters most? In a world that glorifies the grind, we believe in the power of margin—the space to slow down, to breathe, to be present for the moments that make this journey worthwhile. Because when you step back from the chaos, you remember why you started in the first place. 💫 Your business should serve your life, not consume it. And here, in The White Dress Society, we’re choosing to build something sustainable—businesses that thrive without running us into the ground. Give yourself permission to pause. To protect your joy. To reclaim your time. Because more isn’t always the answer—sometimes, less is. 🖤

Kicked off 2025 with some serious fun this past week at the Inaugural Bipm Summit (@blacksipm) which was a resounding success! I'm still smiling. The Summit brought together industry professionals and students for a day of innovative experiences and meaningful connections. Each carefully crafted session exceeded expectations, creating powerful moments of learning and growth. I just have to give special shout outs to: • Michael Ferree and Lead Generation World for their unwavering support • Our rockstar steering committee members, @mrseanmcgee (Chair), @matttillman (Vice Chair), @myrnapdaramy , and @thewealthy1 Chad Williamson, for making it flow so beautifully. • Our brilliant guest facilitators: @just_jiquanda Nelson and Folake Dosu (@playtriviafortheculture) for bringing the fun! (Jiquanda, thank you again for helping us pack up!) • The enthusiastic Florida Memorial University @FMU_Official students who joined us and brought such awesome energy to the event. • Our generous sponsors: R.E.A.C.H, IntegriShield , LeadsPedia, Inc. , boberdoo.com, Tillman Consulting Group, LLC, Makiska Media Corp (RRDB L!VE), FocusQuest , and Liner Connections | One Liners Podcast | Performance Marketing #1 Recruitment Services • Jay Productions, Jevaughn Smith and team for their excellent event coverage! And Jay, another hug and thank you for helping with set up! ❤️ Lead Generation World 2025 continued the momentum and knocked it out of the park with an outstanding conference, featuring an inspiring keynote from Brendan Hunt (Coach Beard), co-creator of Ted Lasso. Working alongside Chairman Sean-Reed McGee and Vice Chair Matt Tillman to bring this vision to life has been an incredible and fun journey. I'm beyond grateful to be part of an organization that's actively shaping the future of performance marketing. Here's to many more successful summits ahead! #BiPMSummit #PerformanceMarketing #ProfessionalDevelopment #AlwaysEvolving #CriticalThinking #changeyourspacechangetheworld
