Another incredible ABGT weekender, this one with a bit of rain unlike those last two scorchers in 2023 and 2022. Ahha so crazy

I feel so happy to have met and bonded with such a welcoming, open, and supportive group, and it was so good reconnecting with so many old friends! Can’t wait to see a lot of you soon again at dreamstate!

I am truly thankful for the friends and experiences music has gifted me to over the years. This past week has truly been special and a gentle reminder of how beautiful life can be. 😌

Feeling incredibly blessed to be a part of this friend group - who is willing to travel (at least once a year) to meet up, from all over the country & share special moments with one another. After being introduced to Anjuna in 2023, this now marks my 4th Anjuna gathering with friends. And the family continues to grow! 50+ people meeting up to share an unforgettable experience. This is my family. #ABGT700 thank you all for making such a beautiful imprint on my life. ♡ we’ll dance again soon!

ABGT700 Part 1: The Gorge
Another ABGT milestone down and the fam continues to grow! We somehow managed to get ~50 people together in one spot, and even though weather caused a couple sets to be cancelled, I couldn’t imagine a better crew to dance with in the cold, wind, and rain. Life is truly made of small moments like these. #abgt #abgt700

I've spent my whole life looking for love and inclusion like this - and now that I've found my people, I'll never be the same.

To be a lone traveler out of necessity, not choice, has taught me something about connection. Sometimes it only takes one person (shoutout @bbowersmusic 🥺). One tiny link in a daisy chain. Someone you'd never guess would connect you to people who eventually feel like family.

But you have to NURTURE it. My advice:

Send the silly text. Call for help when you need support. Reach your hand out. More often than not - someone will grab it. Sometimes, being needed, trusted, and given the chance to show up for someone can be healing for them too. We are meant to need each other.

Visit people when they ask you to visit. Show up when you can. Say yes to the invitation. Be kind to strangers. Don't underestimate the place you might hold in someone's life, or the place they might eventually hold in yours.

I travel the country by myself often, but none of these trips happen alone.

Every friendship, every introduction, and every single little act of kindness led me here.

Surrounded by all of you, I got to look around and realize I'll never be alone again.
