Transformative days in Órgiva, joining Medicine Womb by @mysteryanaha ✨

What can I say? There is something incredibly powerful about women coming together, letting go of their facades, going deep within, facing shame and conditioning, and reconnecting with their unique bodies and truth.
I thought I didn’t need this kind of sisterhood — and I was completely wrong. 🤍

The space that was held for us was truly incredible. I’ve rarely felt so safe, supported and beautifully guided. Through tantra, shamanism, temple work and plant medicine, we were invited to explore different layers of ourselves, our bodies and our connection to one another.

These days were challenging, confronting, emotional, and also incredibly beautiful.

I was so, so scared to connect with plant medicine again, but she met me with kindness, softness and gentleness, teaching me exactly what I needed and had asked for.
Now it’s time to integrate these insights into my life — to soften more, surrender more, listen to myself more deeply and allow my body the rest it needs.

I feel deeply grateful and humbled by this experience, and so grateful for every incredible woman I met along the way. A space without judgment or comparison, filled with acceptance, connection and so much love.

And one of the most beautiful parts of it all was getting to share this journey with my beautiful sister @woven.feminine.essence 🤍✨

There came a moment when my soul could no longer carry what it was never meant to hold forever. 🤍🥹

Healing asked me to release, to let go of the pain, the fear, the old stories, and the versions of myself I created simply to survive.

Surrendering was not giving up. It was trusting that everything falling away was creating space for something more beautiful to be born within me. 🦋✨

I had to empty my hands to receive.
Soften my heart to feel.
Release who I had been to become who I was always meant to be.

Listening to Daniela Riojas sing, every note felt like a celebration of my transformation the beauty of letting go, the freedom of surrender, and the blessing of being born again. 🌹

I released with love.
I surrendered with trust.
And I rise with a soul made new. ✨

A very special thank you to @danielariojas for sharing her beautiful medicine and for holding such a sacred space for my healing, surrender, and transformation. Your voice, your presence, and the love you poured into this experience will remain forever within my heart. 🤍🥹🙏🏻♥️✨
And to @mysteryanaha Mystery, thank you for welcoming us into your breathtaking Sanctuary, for sharing your beautiful medicine, and for holding all of us with so much love, intention, and care. What you both created and shared with us will remain forever within our hearts. 🌹✨

Inspired by the great Persian Sufi poet Farid ud-Din Attar’s Manteq al-Tayr — The Conference of the Birds, we began this journey of flying through the Seven Valleys of Love in search of Simurgh, the legendary King of the Birds.

The journeys we have shared over the years, the deep bonds we have created, and the sacred field we have woven together have been extraordinary.

Every beautiful bird who has flown with us has strengthened their connections and passed through their own transformations. We have witnessed soul families forming, hearts opening, and our connection with the universe and with our own essence becoming deeper.

The energy we created together was so powerful that we can still feel its waves moving through our lives.

And after every gathering, the birds would say:

“I wish our journey could have lasted longer…”

And so, here we are.

Ready to take flight for another magical seven-day journey.

During my own mystical journeys through Iran, India, Israel and South America, I have had the great honour of meeting carriers of sacred wisdom and musicians who embody the spirit of music itself.

For me, music is the energy of creation.
It is the language through which creator communicate.
It is one of the universal language of Love.

For many years, it was a dream of mine to gather these big-hearted musicians, mystics and wisdom keepers into one circle — to sing and pray together, to move with the dance of life, and to celebrate the mysterious alchemy that is born when we truly meet one another.

And this dream came true.

Now, only five days remain until our 7th journey begins, this time at Eden Molino de Benizalte in Órgiva, at the foothills of the Alpujarra mountains. Read more @ comments

THE MEDICINE OF NOT KNOWING 🌿
Before every ceremony, whether I lead or enter myself, I pause. Not because I’m afraid, but because I honour the fact that I don’t know what will unfold.

For a long time, not knowing made me anxious. I wanted control, answers, certainty. But through this work, I’ve learned: Surrender itself is the medicine.

A ceremony asks us to bring a clear intention; and the willingness to meet whatever comes.

Surrender is not giving up. It is trusting the process, the guidance, and especially yourself.

One of the greatest gifts of working with the plant world has been learning to move through life without needing to know what comes next.

With more trust. More presence. More grace.

🐍 Where am I still resisting the unknown?
🐆 What could happen if I released the need to control?
🌹 What does surrender feel like in my body?

Often, the biggest step isn’t forward. It’s inward; into the unknown, and learning to hold yourself there. 🤍

Me and my daughter have become the stewards and guardians of this place in Las Alpujarras Spain.

She has given me her name:

The House of the Beloved 🌹

There's lots to do here to bring her into her glory but the first renovation is invisible.

Before changing the floors and choosing the new fittings, I wanted to enter into relationship with the land and house to listen, offer, pray and learn what this place needs.

The time has come to start the physical renovacion but the first foundation is prayer.

Feeling blessed for all my dear sisters offering their prayers and supporting us ❤️
