About to start the heartland 125 miler. I really enjoy running through the Flint Hills of southern Kansas. I do a lot of night running so excited to start a race at 10:00 pm and than see how I feel the second night at about 3:00 am. No live tracking but I will try and post how I am doing every 4 hours or so. #ultrarunning #kodacrossfit

We’ve told you what to expect from Coach @adamking_td but it’s even better hearing it from the people he’s coached. 👏

@kodacrossfitdowntown , here’s what our members have to say.

Adam has always represented what Koda stands for: Community, Progression, and Integrity.

Now, as an owner, he gets to carry those values forward at Koda Central.

@kodacrossfitdowntown is part of Koda, and we’re excited to grow, learn, and get better together.

Welcome to the Koda family, Central. 🤝

Koda Means Friend.

As many of you know, one of our very own is taking a big leap! 🤝

Adam is officially taking over @kodacrossfitdowntown in Austin, Texas!

We couldn’t be more proud to see Adam continue to live out Koda’s core values. His growth and progression have been incredible to watch, and this next step feels like the perfect one.

We’re sad to see him go, but even more excited for what’s ahead. Austin, we can’t wait to learn from you, grow with you, and show even more people just how powerful fitness and community can be.

We’re proud of you, Adam. Koda Means Friend — no matter the city.
