Here’s my back workout 🏋️ If u can’t do a bridge get a spotter so u don’t snap ur neck!
If u do this everyday u will already feel after 1 or 2 weeks that ur back is getting stronger

sorry for the accent haha

I have these exercises from my teacher @lena_krieg_novichkova

Every sunset tells a story, and today it whispered through the dandelions and power lines—calm, fragile, and beautifully real.

Happy Motivational Monday!! 🫶🏻

Stole this idea from @pjharris71! I loved it so much I had to share!!

Tag in the comments your favorite accounts to follow and/or tag yourself!

Maybe you will find an account that has similar interests as you! We could all use more encouragement, motivation, and friendships! You might learn a new skill or recipe too!

Tag them in the comments! I’ll tag some of mine (wish I could tag them all) in this picture! 🫶🏻

On Monday, we celebrate Ashley’s journey with “The Ashley”! Her workout is posted in stories, give it a shot! We couldn’t be more excited to hit this one in honor of her hard work and dedication. She is a true testament to the benefits of consistency overall and over time. She knows best, that our bodies work on averages, so in order to see progress we must keep putting in the work without giving up!!! Another way she “sees” progress is through photo documentation and we couldn’t agree more. If you ever feel like you’ve hit a plateau, scroll back at that “before” and pat yourself on the back! Ashley’s transformation and recomposition has been amazing so far and we can’t wait to see what she conquers next! Congratulations Ashley!

It’s the little things☀️Let’s go back a few years ago when I won a home decor kit 🥳from my fave IG girls: @jamielee_designs @via_justine @myuglysplitlevel This cutie wood peg rack was part of it🥰 I found it while unpacking my craft boxes, yes I’m still unpacking🤦🏻‍♀️ anywho I knew exactly where I needed it… near my baking area! This just makes me smile😊 The beautiful gold measuring spoons and cups are from @walmart and of course I have to add @raedunn to my vignette. Happy Tuesday folks!!! I’m hoping to do some baking today👩🏻‍🍳🍪 The sun is pouring in today👏👏👏 swipe for more counter vignettes💕 #kitchencounterdecor #pegracks #modernfarmhousekitchen #homedecor #bohohome #homestylist #myabode #kitchenlove #bakingstation #homeonranchrd #blessed

Swipe to see the BEFORE pictures.

I finally found the perfect bench for my entryway! Thank you Target for always having what I need!

This entryway has been through quite the process. Sometimes you get it right the first time and sometimes you end up with a bubble gum pink wall and have to try again.

This table was made from an old bar stool that I salvaged. I have wanted to make a hexagon table top for ages, every since I saw one posted by the Queen of All things Split Level and Boho decor. 🧡
