Jan and Feb this year looked a lot like this… barely eating solids during the day, maybe a few bites here and there but mostly liquids. I tolerated some sparkling water mixed with juice, lemonade +\- iced tea, low/no sugar cranberry juice, some smoothies, maybe soy milk (half unsweet/half chocolate), this ginger juice, prebiotic soda, and ginger ale. I don’t usually vomit but all of first trimester I am fighting nausea most of the day. For whatever reason I could usually eat a bowl of cereal before bed to help hold me over until morning when it was back to whatever I could handle. 🌟 Highly recommend the @myupspring stomach-settle hard candies, wearing sea-sickness bands, and having ginger foods/drinks… these have always helped me when I’m pregnant. Also drinking your calories when even simple foods make you gag. 😑 More mama meals in my next post. #morningsickness #pregnancy #morningsicknessrelief #firsttrimester #survivingfirsttrimester

As a girlie with serious GI issues, traveling can feel really intimidating for me (did you see my changing hotels internationally video???) I always bring a few trusted staples-and the @myupspring Stomach Settle is one of them. Truly tried and true. When we were in the Bahamas, we did several boat excursions, and these were an absolute lifesaver-for me and my very motion-sickness-prone hubby (love him 😂). No nausea. No puking. Just overall happy tummies. Not just for motion sickness, but for that general uneasy travel stomach feeling too. This one never leaves my carry-on ✈️✨ #travel #seasick #glutenfree #bahamas #travelessentials

This was a cool product to receive as a milk production booster without any fenugreek! As someone who gets migraines with an aura it’s important to avoid certain triggers and fenugreek is one of them! So excited that there is another option without this trigger to boost supply. @influenster #complimentary @myupspring #milkflow

I recently got my hands on this UpSpring Stomach Settle bundle, and it has honestly been such a lifesaver. The variety is amazing from the mint, citrus, and lemon-ginger drops to the gummies and the fiber support, everything is designed to help soothe the stomach and support digestion. Each item feels thoughtfully made, with clean ingredients and no artificial colors or flavors, which I really appreciate. The drops work surprisingly fast for those moments of nausea or discomfort, and the gummies are not only helpful but actually taste good. The little extras in the bundle, like the cute duck and tote, make it feel even more fun and gift worthy. Overall, it’s a super practical and well rounded set, perfect for anyone who deals with occasional stomach upset, bloating, or motion sickness. Definitely a bundle worth trying! @myupspring #myupspring #stomach #relief #stomachsettle #gifted
