choosing your injector shouldn’t come down to follower count or who has the lowest price.

a big following doesn’t tell you how someone was trained, how carefully they assess your face, or whether they know when to say no. and a lower price doesn’t tell you what product is being used or what kind of care you’ll receive.

what matters is experience, education, safety, and an injector who takes the time to understand your goals and make a plan that’s right for you. your face deserves more thought than a quick scroll or a deal.

a little context behind that 20+ syringe count:

i’m 29, and my face hasn’t really started showing much aging yet. but i’ve been in aesthetics since i was 22, so i was exposed to treatments early. at certain points, i wasn’t trying to look younger. i actually wanted to look a little older and more defined.

my total is specific to my experience. i have a fast metabolism, and pregnancy and childbirth have been part of my journey too. there was also a three-year gap between my last filler appointment and my most recent one, when i had five syringes to refresh several areas. i still had filler. we weren’t starting from scratch.

early on, i was trying new things and was often the guinea pig. i’ve also dissolved filler in a few spots along the way. so that 20+ is a cumulative number over years, with different goals and changes along the way. it’s not a number to aim for, and my face isn’t a blueprint for anyone else.

i hope it’s a reminder that the syringe count alone doesn’t tell the whole story. treatment should be based on your face, your goals, and a thoughtful plan with your injector.

what treatments can i get as an aesthetic nurse injector with an autoimmune condition?

when i’m in remission, i can safely do most treatments, including lasers, facials, peels and injectables. the one treatment i personally avoid is sculptra.

if i’m actively flaring, i pause ha fillers and biostimulators, along with any aggressive laser treatments, until my inflammation is controlled again.

having an autoimmune condition doesn’t automatically rule out aesthetic treatments, but timing matters. every condition, medication and patient is different, so treatment plans should always be individualized and discussed with your medical team. 🤍

these results are 4 weeks after ONE session of HD Radiesse to the neck.

the truth is, we don’t have many nonsurgical treatments that can truly tighten loose skin, especially on the neck.

hyperdilute radiesse is one of my favorite options for improving mild laxity, crepey texture, and overall skin quality without adding unwanted volume. when diluted and placed throughout the neck, its calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres act as a biostimulator, encouraging your body to produce more collagen and elastin over time.

the result isn’t an instant “lift.” it’s a gradual improvement in firmness, texture, and elasticity that helps the skin look smoother, stronger, and more supported.

not every lip filler appointment is about volume.

she already had beautiful lips, so i was honestly hesitant to touch them. but there were a few subtle asymmetries that bothered her, so we focused on creating a little more balance and the softest plump while keeping everything natural.

a full syringe was not used for this before and after. swelling is present.

m shaped lips will forever be one of my favorites to treat.

the goal isn’t to erase their natural shape. it’s to work with it. adding volume where it’s needed, supporting the upper lip, and bringing more balance between the top and bottom while keeping that pretty m shape intact.

swipe for the side profiles because this one is too good from every angle 🤍

freshly injected, so swelling is present.
