10 years in business deserved a fresh new look. ✨ Our new website is officially LIVE! After a decade of growing, evolving, and taking on projects that continue to push us creatively, it felt like the right time for our online home to reflect where Arris is, and where we’re headed next. A huge thank you to Meredith at @mywolfdesign for bringing vision to life and creating a website that looks, sounds, and feels like us. “Built on friendship. Driven by standards. 10+ years in the making.” This is Arris Interiors. Go take a peek, we’d love to know what you think!

Holly Owen Therapy ™️ I’m Holl 👋 creator of Holly Owen Therapy and the person behind this little corner of Instagram. This space is for learning, reflecting, questioning, and hopefully having a laugh along the way. Expect psychology, mental health, relationships, the occasional “well, that explains a lot” moment all for educational and humour purposes only. 🧠😂 No therapy here, just curiosity, conversation and a slightly unhealthy interest in why we are the way we are. Glad you’re here 🤍 Therapist in Whitby | Ontario Therapist | Queer Therapist | Mental Health

Excited to share a little sneak peak and a behind the scenes snippet of what Meredith and her team @mywolfdesign has created for @belladolceshop branding and web launch!!! She took my vision, pictures of my inspo and sometimes my emails that didn’t make sense and started from there to create what I could never imagine. This is just the beginning, so excited to see it all come to life. Stay tuned!!! Website live date is coming soon!! 🍋

✨ Our new website is live! ✨ After months of dreaming, writing, refining, and bringing it all together, I'm so excited to finally share the new online home for True to You Therapy. This website was created with the same intention that guides our work in therapy: to be a place where people feel welcomed, understood, and invited to show up exactly as they are. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationship challenges, self-criticism, anxiety, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my hope is that this space helps you feel a little less alone and a little more hopeful about what's possible. At True to You Therapy, we believe healing happens when every part of you gets a seat at the table. The new website reflects that philosophy and offers a deeper look into how we support individuals and couples across Ontario and Alberta. Take a look around and let me know what you think! Link in bio. A huge thank you to @mywolfdesign for the beautiful website and stunning graphics. Your ability to translate a vision into something that truly feels like home is incredible. #TrueToYouTherapy #TraumaInformedTherapy #IFSTherapy #CouplesTherapy #TraumaTherapy

After 5 years, it was time to refresh our website and branding to reflect the evolution of LEO and the projects we have been so fortunate to be a big part of. Welcome to the refreshed look for LEO Design Interiors, with help from my new friends at @mywolfdesign.

The workshop chairs you see set up in the space? They’re there because of businesses, family and friends who wanted to be part of this vision. The Seat Society has made workshops possible and is such a big part of The Kin Cabin, without them, this space wouldn’t feel the same (or have anywhere to sit). It’s one of my favourite details in the studio and something I can’t wait for you to experience in person. I highly recommend checking out all of these incredible (and conveniently women owned) sponsors in our website! Full chair launch coming soon!!! 🥰

Three years ago, in 2023, Fairapy was just me. One woman, a laptop, a belief in therapy, and a deep desire to create something that felt human, safe, and empowering. Every single thing you saw— the website, the socials, the blogs, the messaging— was built in-house, late nights, between sessions, fuelled by heart more than strategy. Fast-forward to now, and I honestly have to pause when I say this: Fairapy is a team of 20 incredible women. We’re in our own building. We have a full virtual team across Canada. Play therapy. EMDR. Therapy for men. Support for women. Support for families. Something that has grown far beyond what I ever anticipated. What started as a women’s empowerment movement has evolved into something bigger: Accessible, compassionate therapy for everyone. In Peterborough. Across Ontario. Across Canada. As this vision outgrew me, it became clear that the brand needed to grow too. So with so much gratitude, I brought on My Wolf Design to help solidify what Fairapy has become— not changing the heart of it, but giving it the structure it deserves. This rebrand isn’t about polish. It’s about honoring the growth. Honoring the team. Honoring the clients who trusted us. Honoring the version of me who started this from the bottom and kept going. From one woman to a community. From an idea to a movement. And we’re just getting started 🤍 — Lisa ✨ @mywolfdesign (thank you for seeing the vision and bringing it to life)
