THROWBACK TUESDAY
Hello Beauties🌟

Today, I'm under construction😅🌼!

I'll be back tomorrow but I wanted to share this throwback from March of this year.

This is one of my favorite dresses that I currently own.
I actually consider it my first "Luxury" garments.
It's from Osei Duro made from the "Carmine" fabric.
It still fits like a dream.
The cover picture was taken by Shawnte Sims @simsshot 🙏🏾🌼👑

IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, follow like And subscribe to my YouTube channel!

Hello Beauties 🌟
I believe I've only worn this shirt once before because it was too tight. I'm excited, because some of my back fat has melted away LOL

2014 was the year our mother had passed away. Stevie Wonder and this album in particular was seared into our brains as children.

We saw that Seattle was the closest option and Sister was like "Mommy would have wanted us to go."

So we did!
Music is such a Healer, especially in our lives.
It was so dope to be in the Atmosphere. There were so many people from Portland up there. We will be texting each other and waving way across the arena. Such a beautiful time.

My jeans are fitting quite well today LOL

It takes a village. THANKS to musicians, producers and engineers who brought “Sumatra” album and “Ain’t Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me ‘Round” — track 10 on the album — to life! #grammy #makingmusic #makingmemoriestogether❤️

Happy Sunday Beauties 👑
As we step into this new week, I just wanted to acknowledge all of my new people in my atmosphere AKA Etta's World.

For the new ones, let me tell you what Etta Fit Chronicles is.

I began posting my outfits in early February to showcase my attire everyday. Over the years, many people have inquired about all of the different outfits that I have. I felt it was time to show you all.

Now, I am a very shapely Etta.
It is all natural and I have a lot of wiggle, jiggle and assorted stuffs.

My Special Brown is covered at all times.
This isn't the platform for me to show my extracurricular Joy.
If that's what you like, there are plenty of platforms for you to peruse. If you'd like to stay over here, play nice and then you won't get blocked.
This is a safe place of body positivity, encouragement to think outside the box and to walk in your authentic power.

Thank you for reading this post.
Love you much, bye😘

Hello Beauties💋👑
Here is my vintage A-Line dress from Catherine's.
Over the years, it's has become slightly shorter due to Etta Expansion. It's a simple yet flattering style that still covers my knees😅

I chose to dress it up with my Statement bib necklace/earrings set courtesy of The Noble Choices specializing in Authentic African crafts and Jewelry & my Scarf that belonged to our magnificent Mother, Janice Marie Scroggins 👑🌼.
Not pictured are the black knee high boots gifted to me by my sister Nafisaria. Thank you for calling me out on my foot fashion😅Love You❤️

Certain Fabrics & ensembles activate your Why. This was the one for me this time 'round🎶🌟👑

It truly helped remind me as to what I do, how well that I do it & that the Mission continues. 💪🏾🙏🏾☝🏾

Hello Beauties 🌼
The Sun 🌞 is kissing me on my shoulders!
I don't believe I've worn this dress this year Lol Anywho,
This is my skater dress From Rebdolls with pockets. The A-line cuts are ideal for shape like mine. I do like to show off my curves, however I don't always want to put on shapewear. A-Lines have a cinched waist while flaring out at the hips.
Because of the flare out, it can camouflage an apron belly or a fupa

if you don't want to show your frontal Joy, you don't have to!

Hello Beauties🌟
It's been a wild day I'll tell you what!

This is my jumpsuit from Rebdolls. Because Etta is short, I had to tie the lower legs so I wouldn't trip on them.

My Royal circumference was a
bit prominent today LOL but it's okay, we'll put her up tomorrow😆😆

Hello Beauties 👑
It was important for me to continue to show up, not just for y'all but for myself. As an artist, seasons call Less in different ways. Sometimes you can plan accordingly, sometimes life throws fireballs with gasoline boosters.
I'll say this:
When you have people in your life that know your Life’s song, let them sing it to you so you can make sure that you're on Pitch.

Showing up as yourself is a reminder that you are enough. This message is not only for me, but for at least one other person.
Thank you Sister @nafisaria for providing a 2 hrs vacation at the salon👑👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏾❤️

Have a magnificent evening and I'll see y'all tomorrow!

Hello Beauties🌟
I often say you have to remember who you are or how your Life’s melody sounds.

Sometimes it can be through a song, a book, a picture or a garment.

This shirt reminds me of someone that knew my song and was someone that I could truly call friend.
It is also a motivational tool that I wear on my chest as a badge of honor.

It's go time, even if you don't know how things are supposed to reveal themselves. You truly have to trust the process!

My earrings were a gift from my LaRhonda. It's the first time that I've worn them.

Here's a gentle reminder of your placement in the world.
I went out to our magnificent Rose Garden at Peninsula Park and was astonished by how many roses are still vibrant, full of life and present. Remember, it's fall. This is the time where things usually go to sleep Things Fall Away and start to get into a place to reset.

I view is as a reminder that you can do anything you want & take up space until you're ready to shift...
But as that message came through, the word DISCERNMENT popped up.

Be mindful as to which space that you take up.

Have you outgrown your current space? Is that a space that you are supposed to be or you like the idea of being in?

Are you hesitant of going into a new space where you know you need to be but it's unfamiliar?

However you choose to sit/move in your space, make sure you take a flower with you as a reminder of your beauty in the world.

Pretty scatterbrain, but you all get the gist of it!

Love you much & make great decisions!

Hello Beauties🌟
I really like the versatility of this garment.
The first one I purchased was the white one. You can wear it as a duster or you can wear it as a dress like I have here.
The white one, was in the summer so you saw all of actors little legs peeking through!
You can also pair it with jeans or leggings of your choice.
Anywho, I will tag it so you can get one of your own.
