Had an amazing time speaking at @thebeautycave__ for domestic violence prevention awareness month 💚💜 I was able to share some of my journey, my mission with @unitedluzfoundation, & more on Statistics, traits of an abuser, tips on identifying the signs and traits of an abuser, along with the importance of honoring ourselves, self-love, creating boundaries, mental health for both males & females & more! . I was super nervous as I'm always uncomfortable when it comes to speaking - but growth only comes from stepping out of your own comfort zone! I'm grateful to have been used as a vessel 💜💚 . . If you or anyone you know are in an abusive relationship - contact national domestic violence hotline 1-800-799-SAFE . . To learn more on ulf, resources or to volunteer follow@unitedluzfoundation or visit ulf website UnitedLuzFoundation.org . . #harlem #memtalhealth #domesticviolenceprevention #domestivciolenceawarenessmonth #healing #trauma #light #abuse #giveback #community #leadership #empowerment #uplift #goddess #love #life #speaker #founder #nonprofit #humaniterian
