✨It's my birthday week, and a group of very special friends and students made me feel so loved today. I treasure Saturday mornings with this bunch. They are glorious. Thank you to Leslie Stone for always celebrating me, and Holly, Mitzi, Faith, Sue, Tina, Janice, Cathy, June, Kelly, Susan, Barbara and Lanny for such a sweet morning. My heart is bursting.✨ And Town Club Executive Chef Kevin Romans: you are God of all Kitchens. My cake was heaven.

Gonna miss you so much, sweet girl… you taught me a lot about unconditional love and joy in this world… and about how to not judge Ewoks and small dogs by their cover. You were a real miracle. RIP Ms. Zee (aka zeebee geebeez and so many other nicknames).

This week’s “artist date” took me to the van Gogh Immersive Experience. @juliacameronlive recommends a weekly artist date in her life-changing book, The Artist’s Way. Your date can be silly, frivolous or indulgent but it should feed your curiosity and inspiration. Last week I went down a jackalope rabbit hole and that was fun!
Thanks for the times @mmarceee @mzzzmitz!
