Nicholas Best is a third-year student in CAPLA’s B. Arch program and currently serves as Vice President of APX. His passion for architecture began as a kid while helping his dad remodel their home. He was fascinated by demolition and the idea that you can build whatever you imagine. Outside of studio, you can find Nick exploring the mountains, on a golf course, or driving toward his next adventure. This past summer, Nick returned home to Colorado, where he worked at a country club and took on freelance architectural projects for his neighbors, including a shed, a carport, and a storage unit. The experience of bringing his drawings to life gave him valuable real-world insight and deepened his drive to pursue architecture.
