Sandro Nakashidze is a Georgian dancer and young pedagogue distinguished by his energetic performances, strong technique, and deep dedication to Georgian choreography.

Early Years

Sandro was born in Batumi, Georgia. His interest in Georgian dance began at the age of 10. It was during this time that he started dancing with the ensemble “Martve,” where his choreographers were and still are Badri Sirabidze, @davit_sirabidze , and @dadusirabidzee .

According to Sandro, Mr. Badri Sirabidze, the founder of the ensemble “Martve,” who sadly passed away, was his greatest inspiration in this field, and Sandro dedicates his path in Georgian choreography to him.

Through dedication and tireless work, Sandro achieved remarkable success in a very short time — he became the ensemble’s leading soloist and at the same time an assistant rehearsal director, which highlights both his professional growth and sense of responsibility.

Professional Vision

Although Sandro does not have experience in a state ensemble, he notes that the knowledge and experience he receives while working with his choreographers is so valuable that, at this stage, he feels completely satisfied with the path he is following. According to him, this environment allows him to freely develop his technique and choreographic vision.

International Goals

Sandro is currently studying introductory professional courses in choreography, and one of his important goals is to present his talent and experience in Spain. According to him, today he has the opportunity to introduce his work to audiences in different parts of the world. He believes that Georgian dance culture deserves even wider recognition on the global stage.

Pedagogical Activity

Sandro actively works with the younger generation and currently teaches more than 200 children. For him, it is important not only to develop himself professionally but also to share knowledge and experience with future dancers.

TODAY

Today, Sandro Nakashidze continues to work successfully on the Georgian stage. Despite the achievements he has already reached, he believes this is only the beginning, and that an even greater and more exciting future lies ahead.

The weather there reminded me of Batumi.”❤️
