This time last week, ProperForm joined PT leaders from across the country at the @aptafederal 4th Annual Primary Care Physical Therapy Summit & Think Tank.

We had the opportunity to demo ProperForm, connect with clinicians, hear their perspectives, and have some thoughtful conversations about how technology can support both providers and patients.

We’re grateful for everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and took the time to connect with us!

Tell your PT to put you on ProperForm so at least the guidance part feels easy 🤝 (…the movement part is still up to you).

The hardest part about your exercise program shouldn’t be trying to follow it.

That’s why we built a better way to stick with your movement and recovery goals.

Wishing we were still in Paris, but coming back to wedding day 2 festivities! Wedding ceremony took place at Musée Rodin, followed by reception, dinner and dancing at Hōtel De La Marine. Beautiful all around! Torrential downpour just before the ceremony took place, but the skies opened to a gorgeous sunset. Congratulations to @robertdenning and @charlesporch and their new married life together! We celebrated big with family and new friends! @monikapekalaa #latergram❤️ #robertandcharles #bestpicatthend 🤭 thx to @monikapekalaa

Jour 13: the day started like any normal day, seeing beautiful works of art at the Musée d’Orsay. We are squeezing every last bit of Paris into this trip! And then finally…………the wedding, at the Musée Rodin. It started with a torrential rain storm and the grooms coming down the isle to Jurassic Park. The ceremony was heartfelt with laughter and tears. It was perfect 😍 Afterwards, the party continued at the Hôtel de la Marine with dinner and music and ended with a drag show and dancing. Best night ever. #latergram

Day 12: Left early from Annecy with bags full of the freshest pastries from Val’s boulangerie @valentincatier. Highly recommend! We spent 6 hours driving back to Paris through France’s beautiful countryside, just in time to attend the beginning of the WEDDING festivities! This wedding is the reason for this whole trip. Eric’s extraordinary cousin @robertdenning is marriying the patron saint of patience @charlesporch. They brought us all together for three of the most memorable and incredible nights of our lives ❤️❤️❤️

jour onze: With tears in our eyes and chocolate smudged across our faces, we said “Auf Wiedersehen” to our little shoemakers chalet. On the way out of the country, we went on one more gondola and hike, and the hills were ALIVE with the sounds of cow bells! We ended the day in Sevrier, France, meeting up with some extended family, who run a traditional French boulangerie. #cowsdoingcowstuff

Day 10! Spent a slow morning at the chalet, drove to Bern, Switzerland’s capital. Saw the cathedral, visited Bern’s bears (the city’s namesake), tried Switzerland McDonalds, Nate bought a Swiss watch, and ended the day with traditional Swiss fondue. Phew.

Tag neun: This place!🇨🇭We took the world’s steepest gondola up to Mürren where we completed the via ferrata there. Jamie and Nate were having none of it and took a hike. We ate at the James Bond, rotating spy lookout at the top, but Nate couldn’t read the menu because he was getting motion sick. #OnHerMajesty’sSecretService
