What happens when the raw realities of life collide with the transforming power of the Gospel?

Welcome to the Operational Ministries Podcast — conversations from the crosshairs to the Cross.

This podcast isn’t polished religion or surface-level talk. It’s real conversations about life in the tension of brokenness, purpose, struggle, and redemption. It’s about meeting people right where they are — in the crosshairs of life’s battles — and walking the journey toward the hope, freedom, and identity found at the Cross.

Every episode will dive into honest stories, practical wisdom, and faith that speaks into the places most people avoid. Because the mission of Operational Ministries has always been clear: reach people in the crosshairs and point them to the Cross.

If you’ve ever felt caught in the middle of life’s pressure, pain, or questions — this space is for you.

📅 Episodes coming soon.
🎧 Follow along and be part of the conversation.

From Tennessee’s rolling hills to the heart of free-market conservation — ACC Florida showed up strong at the 2025 ACC Summit! 🌲💚

In attendance were our powerhouse branches from ACC Tallahassee, Tampa, FIU, Miami, FSU, UF, Orlando, and UCF — representing the Sunshine State with energy and purpose. Over the course of the summit, we learned from industry leaders and CEOs like Rainmaker, Fervo Energy, Howard Energy, as well as Commissioner Dave Salyers, and State Reps Clancy and Fischer.

We gained more than just knowledge — we built stronger connections, sharpened our advocacy skills, and united as a force for market-based conservation solutions in Florida. Here’s to carrying this momentum forward and continuing to lead as one powerhouse state!

Happy because it happened, sad because it’s over, excited because I can’t wait for the next @acc_national summit!

Probably the best conference I have been this year, not only because of the top level speakers that come and teach about topics like renewable energy solutions, pro-capitalist environmentalism, nuclear energy, etc., but because of the beautiful location of the summit: Montgomery Bell State Park, Tennessee. 🇺🇸

The conservative movement has made great strides and is once again claiming their conservationist heritage, as President Teddy Roosevelt intended.

From the plains in Texas to the Mountains in Tennessee, the coast in Florida to the valleys in Montana the USA is not only an idea, it is a land of opportunity that we must protect.

Join ACC! @acc_miami @acc_florida @acc_national and come join us next year!

ACC Tampa Bay showed up big at Ben T. Davis Beach — not just picking up hundreds of pounds of litter, but also removing storm debris left behind by hurricanes Helene and Milton. From tangled trash to battered boards, our crew cleared the way for a cleaner, safer shoreline.

Every piece we picked up is one step closer to protecting the bay we love.
