Peace Runners held a family reunion of a shakeout run @bandwith_chicago before the marathon!

We had to know what were people listening to in those headphones on marathon race day?!

Thank you @shokzusa @hoka @maurten_official @hydrapak @ugreen_official for stepping outside of downtown and investing in our community

A special thank you to our Lime Lounge sponsors! 💚✨

Your support helped us create an unforgettable experience at Black & Bronze and continue celebrating the culture, community and legacy of Bronzeville.

We’re so grateful to every sponsor who poured into this year’s event and helped bring the Lime Lounge to life. Thank you for believing in the vision and showing up for our community!

It’s live. 🎉

Make It Make Sense is officially out, the guide to the communication and trust-building side of PT that nobody formally teaches.

“People do not commit to plans they do not understand.” That’s the whole idea. Six frameworks, 25 pages, built from a decade of figuring this out the slow way so you don’t have to.

Link in bio. Would mean the world if you grabbed a copy, or sent it to someone in PT school. 🙏

NABPT Conference Recap💜

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to attend the 2026 @nabpt_ Conference. Being surrounded by Black PT/As, students, and educators reminded me that representation in the profession truly does matter.

One of my biggest takeaways from this year’s conference was the conversation around Black DPT student retention and what it means for the future of our profession.

The conversations and connections made throughout this weekend reminded me why I started this journey.
