Been a few days since my 30th birthday, but I’ve been too busy enjoying life. As I enter this new decade and era of my life I just take the time to reflect how far I’ve come and how much I’ve achieved in so little time. I have all a man can ever ask for and also have the ability and resilience to chase after anything I want out of life. But over all what makes this a truly special time in life is not the things I have but the people that surround me…. My family who push me and make the Man I am. To my second family of friends and coaches who always push me to bring out the best in me. I just want to express how truly blessed I am to start a new decade with those I care for and admire and how grateful I am to each one! Cheers to 30 and new life experiences yet to come! 🎉

I had a great first day at the @ufcpi the day after my @dwcs fight. I was given a tour by @forrestgriffin while running into some familiar faces! 🔥💯

“But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
