There is something sacred about friendships rooted in love, prayer, and light. The kind of friendships where we lift each other up, pray for one another, celebrate each other’s growth, and genuinely want to see each other thrive. No jealousy, no comparison, no competition just pure love, aligned souls, and the desire to see each other shine. May we all find friendships that feel like peace, healing, and answered prayers.

Calm before the storm. 🌀

Tomorrow at this time Hurricane Isaias will be close to landfall...

Keep the coast in your thoughts and prayers.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is creating a space where you can simply rest.

The glow is beautiful, but watching someone leave feeling lighter, more confident, and cared for is what makes this work so meaningful. ✨🤍

Healing happens in many forms.

Sometimes it looks like stillness.
Sometimes it looks like skincare.
Sometimes it looks like creating space for someone to simply receive. 🤍

I had the most magical birthday!!! And yes...I like to celebrate birthday month /season. Why not celebrate your life.. you being alive...you being born?!? Life is short as cliche as it sounds. This past year I knew something had change after lending out my energy too often to circumstances & people that were draining me. Alas...I realized i was letting them. @sylviabringas_ asked me what my biggest lesson of being 44 was and it was how to "take my power back. " I had the biggest transformation for myself. Mentally...physically & spiritually!
Thank you for the birthday love and thank you to those who chose me & love this little fiery 🌶️. I look forward to what 45 holds for me & my little family. Thank you God for showing me the light🌞
