Across tonight’s classes Yin, Breathwork and Flow we had ages ranging from 19 to 76.

Seven people walked through the studio doors for the very first time tonight, and for four of them, stepping into yoga was completely new territory.

The 7:30pm Flow landed at 50/50
men and women.

Not that the numbers or categories matter.

However, how ace is it that people from all walks of life are finding their way onto the mat.

All taking breaths and slowing down from the day that was.

Last night’s Yin was almost equal parts men and women. Not that it matters at all, but it’s an interesting fact to share. Especially for those sitting in the wings thinking yoga or Yin might not be for them

I’m excited to announce that we are sharing this work again in October.

After our March retreat sold out and so many of you couldn’t make it for various reasons, we’ve decided to run the same program again, offering the same profound experience just for you, and to once more expand the constellation of women who have been through this work as we, as a community, remember how to be together in circle and bring embodied tools of womanhood into our everyday lives.

And just as we did in March, we will be journeying within the mythopoetic lens, a vestibule within story that activates the feminine psyche in ways that have long been forgotten.

We will be exploring the same three bodies of women’s gnosis: The Sovereign Woman, The Embodied Woman, and The Oracular Woman, held by deeply experienced facilitation.

We are so excited to see which incredible women begin to tune in and join the slipstream. A deposit is all that’s needed to secure your room.

As the host of our Masterclass this month we want to shine a light on this incredible woman. Nadi has been exploring spiritual and Eastern philosophies since her early teens, following her curiosity wherever it led from biology and natural medicine to yoga, non-dual Tantra, breathwork, and somatics.

I (Milly) actually met Nadi many years ago through parties in Australia and she was actually there the very moment I first spoke to my now husband 9 years ago, at the solar eclipse in Oregon! To see her evolution continue into this incredibly knowledgable passionate woman whilst maintaining her authenticity is beyond inspiring.

Now based in Melbourne, she’s a practising Naturopath, Kinesiologist, and yoga and breathwork instructor. She’s also hosting some really epic events including women’s womb work, retreats, and trainings.
