Sharing a bit of a rewind over the last 40 weeks ⁣🤰🏼 ⁣ There’s so much to share and this isn’t even a fraction. ⁣ ⁣ Pregnancy has been the most incredible, heart opening experience I’ve been able to have in my life so far. ⁣ ⁣ And, I also can’t wait for baby in my arms 🥹⁣ ⁣ Until then, I’ll just share some of the BTS I didn’t get a chance to share on here.⁣ ⁣ Seperate BabyMoon post coming too 🌙⁣ ⁣ I recorded the video of finding out we were pregnant because Joe was traveling and I wanted a record of it — I didn’t get to tell him for 2 whole weeks until he was home again and it was the hardest secret to keep 🥲 So here’s a clip of it! ⁣ ⁣ Not pictured:⁣ - 5 months of nasuea and extreme fatigue⁣ - 10 months of pregnancy insomnia lol⁣ - watching all 7 seasons of Outlander straight through⁣ - reading all 5 books of ACOTAR in TWO WEEKS 😂 (see pregnancy insomnia)⁣ - Reading 3 other 3-5 book fiction series lol⁣ - Me on the couch trying to figure out what food doesn’t make me want to throw up⁣ - Meal delivery with @methodology saving me and making sure I get enough protein in⁣ - My french toast era⁣ - The deep intimacy and relationship growth of my husband and I ⁣ - The 4 month sprint of creation + work when I finally gained my energy back ⁣ - Flipping our entire place to make it the most optimal for baby + postpartum ⁣ - My husband @__joeknight deeeply supporting me and baby in all the ways physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Also making sure I ate and cooked most of the meals when he was home — This experience would not have been BLISS without him!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I’m sure there are dozens more things I experienced and are forgetting but almost being on the other side of pregnancy and into motherhood has me so so grateful for this entire experience. ⁣ ⁣ I truly LOVE being pregnant 🥰⁣ ⁣ PS if you’re new here — we’re waiting to find out the sex! Any guesses?! 🎀💙⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Baby Sag and I were celebrated so big this weekend 🏹🤰🏼🥹⁣ ⁣ I “knew” I was supported — but oh my goodness I left FEELING so supported. ⁣ ⁣ The connection and community I have with each of the women who showed up to pour into me gave me the biggest heart on 🥹⁣ ⁣ There were many laughs, even more tears, but most of all, pure love. ⁣ ⁣ I’m in awe, and gratitude, of each prayer, blessing, and intention that was given to me and baby and while also reminded of my own strength, power, and connection to Source. ⁣ ⁣ These women held me as I shared my fears and vulnerabilties with them, and they in turn provided me with the wisdom and reminder of how resourced I already am. ⁣ ⁣ Baby Sag has no idea how many Aunties they’re already loved by 🥹👯‍♀️👑⁣ ⁣ THANK YOU to everyone who showed up and loved on us and expanded my heart even more! ⁣ ⁣ And BIG THANK YOU to my mama and besties who planned and executed THE MOST INCREDIBLE SHOWER FOR ME!!⁣ ⁣ The coordination and DETAILS that went into each part of the shower were beyond intentional and PERFECT for our special day. ⁣ ⁣ From the decor, to the space, foot soaking, to the prayer and blessings, each of you made sure baby and I would have the best day, AND WE DID 🫶🏻⁣ ⁣ (Watch the video to see the full set up ✨)⁣ ⁣ I love each of you deeply and thank you for reminding me of how supported I am and the value of real authentic connection. ⁣ ⁣ HEART SO FULL 💓⁣ ⁣ @lovenatalieholbrook @alexkerri⁣ @crosano⁣ @nadinahofts⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #babysag #babyshower #thestarsaligned #astrology #leomama #ariesdaddy #cosmicconnection⁣ ⁣ ⁣

12•2•22 ⁣ ⁣ Heart On Wedding Day 💍⁣ ⁣ ⁣ So much to say about this day together.. but I think our vows said it all - ⁣ ⁣ 𝘉𝘢𝘣𝘺, 𝘸𝘦’𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘥 ❤️‍🔥💋⁣ ⁣ From the way we spent the morning with breakfast in bed, to making sure our vision for the decorations and flowers came to life, to having a few moments to ourselves before I met you down the aisle. ⁣ ⁣ To you spraying everyone with Rose oil after they gave us their chosen crystal from the night before as an offering + intention for our wedding. ⁣ ⁣ To telling everyone as you sat them that you loved them and were grateful they were here to celebrate our love. ⁣ ⁣ To having @risewithnatalie share our story and unite our love in such a way that felt like it could only ever be us. ⁣ ⁣ To both of us sharing our vows and realizing we had so much overlap because OF COURSE we would. ⁣ ⁣ This is a day, a culmination of a week long heart on, a moment forever cemented as ours. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ An excerpt from my vows to @__joeknight:⁣ ⁣ ✨My favorite part about us is that the best is yet to come. And who we are today, who we are marrying and committing to in each other, is only a fraction of the person and partners we will become. Heart On Cacao Ceremony + Intention Setting ❤️‍🔥 ⁣ ⁣ The day started with pre-wedding massages & a “working” pool day (aka last minute wedding plans) for @__joeknight and I, while most everyone was out zip lining or horseback riding. ⁣ ⁣ ————⁣ ⁣ We didn’t have a wedding party because of how intimate the week was already, and therefore no rehearsal dinner, so instead we called it an intentional evening the night before the wedding.⁣ ⁣ We initiated it with a cacao ceremony to drop everyone in and open hearts even more, followed by a full Heart On dinner where we were poured into with speeches and love. ⁣ ⁣ Joe and I were so excited to bring parts of our world from San Diego into our wedding week in Costa Rica, but honestly what really surprised me was how everyone beautifully received it… even if it was a completely new experience for some of our family and friends 😮‍💨⁣ ⁣ Some of you know this, but Joe and I are big into intention setting candles & crystals and are often known to be manifesting through this medium really well 🕯✨⁣ ⁣ We asked everyone to choose a crystal as an intention they wanted to set for us and our marriage, and also one that resonated with them as well.⁣ ⁣ We laid out two crystals per card which described each crystal’s meaning around a table so everyone could decide which intention they wanted to choose for us & for themselves. ⁣ ⁣ They would then keep one crystal for themselves and bring one back to our wedding the next day where they would give it as an offering to us before entering the ceremony 🔮⁣ ⁣ We sipped Cacao + adaptogens sourced from Costa Rica @animamundiherbals & amplified it with a flower essence called “In Love” from @alexissmartflowerremedies 🫶🏻☕️⁣ ⁣ The INCREDIBLE alchemist + dear sister @risewithnatalie led us through a beautiful journey into our hearts and asked everyone to vision their intention for us and our marriage while sipping our heart openers. ⁣ ⁣ We all were creating magic together in those moments… Joe and I both know well that energy is amplified when two or more come together for a shared vision and WE FELT IT throughout the entire rooftop & beyond. ⁣ ⁣ Continued in comments❤️‍🔥⁣ ⁣

Heart On adventures continued + the most epic sunset and surprise❤️‍🔥👢⁣ ⁣ While others had a beach day, @__joeknight and I took care of wedding planning things 💍⁣ ⁣ We all rendezvoused for happy hour at the most beautiful spot in Manuel Antonio @lamariposahotelcr ... I honestly didn’t know you could get better views than our villa until our villa concierges @villapuntodevista showed my mom the spot who then treated us to HH drinks and live music.⁣ ⁣ AND (!!!) one of my favorite SURPRISE moments for the group from Joe and I, was after happy hour and pizza night out… we surprised everyone with country line dancing lessons 😭🤠👢⁣ ⁣ We were SO STOKED about this because we had been trying to coordinate it for over a year and in the 11th hour our wedding coordinator found someone from Texas… living in Manuel Antonio. ⁣ ⁣ I can’t tell you how excited we were about this surprise 😮‍💨⁣ ⁣ We picked 3 songs to learn and then played them during our wedding reception and it was better than any Cha Cha Slide or Cupid Shuffle 🥲🙌🏻🎉⁣ ⁣ 🎶Copperhead Road⁣ 🎶Achy Breaky Heart⁣ 🎶Lil Bit (also a lil bit harder lol)⁣ ⁣ See videos 🥳👢⁣ ⁣ My show choir Joe really got a chance to shine 😉🤤⁣ ⁣ We danced for a couple hours on the rooftop && of course confirmed with our villa staff that we were in fact the ONLY people to ever host line dancing lessons on the rooftop in Costa Rica💋❤️‍🔥😁⁣ ⁣ Low key one of the best nights 😌🙃⁣ ⁣ Thank you @art.mvmnt // @rovingolivia for being the best magician with your 📸 !!⁣ ⁣ Pura Vida babyyyy👢⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Sharing more adventures from our Week Long Heart On in Costa Rica❤️‍🔥⁣ ⁣ Woke up and had a stunning breakfast & view followed by a Heart On yoga sesh with @rovingolivia with more stunning views (I spy Joe and I reaching for each other at the same time🥰)⁣ ⁣ The second full day (Tuesday) we yachted & jumped off ledges (I didn’t obvi..I wasn’t risking any bruises or broken anything before the wedding day 😛)⁣ ⁣ Floated in the Pacific with noodles and🍹⁣ ⁣ Which turned into a pirates of the Caribbean moment for Joe and I when it started raining on the cruise home and they gave us captain hats (see video lol)🤣⁣ ⁣ The best part about Costa Rica is even if it’s raining, it’s still so special and magical… especially when you’re with the most incredible family and friends.⁣ ⁣ We have so many photos and videos that will always hold a frequency that can’t be felt unless you were a part of it (special shoutout @rovingolivia // @art.mvmnt + @adamknightart for capturing so much of the week) but I can tell you sharing these truly feels like a once in a lifetime experience for joy, connection, and abundance of all things wrapped up in one.⁣ ⁣ && of course the Week Long Heart On wouldn’t a complete representation of Joe and I if we didn’t host a game night for everyone 🥳⁣ ⁣ @villapuntodevista staff were such epic hosts all week long… their personal concierge service was 20/10 and went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed/wanted/desired was fulfilled ❤️‍🔥⁣ ⁣ Take us back 🫶🏻⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ (tag yourself if you’re not tagged in a photo/video… instagram isn’t being helpful right now 🙃)

JUNGLE POOL PARTY - Heart On Edition⁣ ⁣ We wanted our first full day together to be high energy, playful, connective AND expansive⁣ ⁣ How many people can say they’ve had a pool party at their private villa?? 😍⁣ ⁣ We hired our wedding DJ + wedding bartender for our Jungle themed pool party and had a custom neon Pura Vida made locally to really play full out. ⁣ ⁣ We asked all our guests to wear their best jungle outfit and they all showed up big!!⁣ ⁣ We brought tropical decorations, pool toys and party swag that had our wedding week theme “A Week Long Heart On” as a reminder of why we’re all together this week. ⁣ ⁣ (Some of you saw the luggage count we had… it wasn’t all clothes half was party + wedding decorations 😂)⁣ ⁣ But probably our favorite part of it was…⁣ ⁣ OUR COCKTAIL MENU !!!⁣ ⁣ @__joeknight and I LOVED creating the names for the drink menu and literally LOL’D thinking about everyone having to say the names to the bartender to order them 🤣🤣⁣ ⁣ “May I please have a……” ⁣ ⁣ Heart On⁣ I Love My Life⁣ I’m So Happy To Be Here⁣ Pura Vida⁣ ⁣ 😛😛😛⁣ ⁣ This was just one of many ways we wanted to support everyone in being intentional, having fun, dropping in and loving life this week (but with the villas and these views and everyone who was there it literally didn’t take much)🥲 ⁣ ⁣ We had the pool party at the 8 bedroom villa where most of our friends stayed because.. I mean look at these views. ⁣ ⁣ AND the rain stayed away for the most part!!⁣ ⁣ We ended up extending the party TWICE because we all just wanted to keep going. ⁣ ⁣ The monkeys even wanted to hang with us 🐒🙈 ⁣ ⁣ The one and only @risewithnatalie surprised me with a wedding moment in the pool and it was the first time I actually FELT like I was going to get married and was surrounded by so much love and support (and sensory deprivation) to really drop me in 😭💦 Swipe to see part of the video!⁣ ⁣ I swear this day 1 pool party & fun created an atmosphere for us all to feel connection, free and vibe together so hard.⁣ ⁣ Pura Vida baby 💋⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Heart On Continued: ⁣ ⁣ One of the things we asked our friends and family to do was for everyone to give a small speech at different dinners throughout the week… reflecting on something they loved about us, our love, & each other. ⁣ ⁣ I know this was a total edge for some of our friends and family but I swear it was some of the most precious, heart on moments of the week. ⁣ ⁣ **thank you to everyone who met their edge when they shared**⁣ ⁣ What everyone didn’t realize is that we would be surprising them with a reflection of our own to them, one from each of us. ⁣ ⁣ @__joeknight & I did this for every single person who gave their speech, and we intentionally did not prep for anyone so that we could speak from our hearts and share unscripted. 42 reflections total 😌⁣ ⁣ Joe and I started a practice a few months ago we got from our couples workshop with @harvilleandhelen where we share 3 things we appreciate about each other every day, followed by why it’s important to us. ⁣ ⁣ So it sounds like this… “one thing I appreciate about you is… and that’s important to me because…” x3. (That 2nd part really gets you dropped in even deeper to why it matters so much). ⁣ ⁣ And then the person who received the appreciation says “thank you for sharing” & the person who shared says “thank you for receiving.” It’s an acknowledgement for both the sharer and the receiver… and receiving is something both Joe and I work on 😇⁣ ⁣ So we decided to use that process x1 on each person who stood up and loved on us, and we loved on them in return. It truly was a practice in giving and receiving for all of us. ⁣ ⁣ It definitely extended some of the dinners + it really called Joe and I both forward in dropping into our hearts, but I’m so thankful we decided to do it. ⁣ ⁣ It expanded our energy and capacity to give and receive 😮‍💨🫶🏻⁣ ⁣ I saw a side of Joe, along with everyone there witnessing him, that I haven’t seen in the 4+ years of dating him. I watched his heart grow and share from a place he hadn’t previously accessed before. ⁣ ⁣ What was also so beautiful was everyone there could attest that even if you weren’t the one sharing or receiving that night, you still got a Heart On ❤️‍🔥⁣

: HEART ON : ⁣ ⁣ Increased blood flow to the heart, resulting in a heart on. ⁣ ⁣ Opening your heart to feel full, alive and joyful. Resulting in gratitude, expansion, and an increased love for life, self & others. ⁣ ⁣ This is what we intended for our wedding week in Costa Rica. ⁣ ⁣ A Week Long Heart On. ⁣ ⁣ And we got it ❤️‍🔥⁣ ⁣ This will be one of many posts sharing about what we curated, intended and delivered to our close family and friends for a week in Costa Rica celebrating our love and what we are creating in our lives as we enter our next level of expansion. ⁣ ⁣ We wanted magic, miracles and moments with our loved ones. We wanted to feel expanded by our surroundings and to also expand those we love by our love. We didn’t intend to create a retreat but it definitely felt like one in all the best ways. ⁣ ⁣ @__joeknight and I had been dreaming of this week long before we got engaged. We had created a vision of expansion, love, adventure and travel.⁣ ⁣ Expansion for everyone.⁣ ⁣ Arrival Day: ⁣ ⁣ We greeted the first group from California at our Airbnb and spent a few hours dropping in and catching up, having lunch catered by our chef all week then transferring and touring both villas we’d be in all week before the second group arrived from Iowa in time for the welcome dinner.⁣ ⁣ We rented not one, but TWO 5 star private luxury villas @villapuntodevista on an incredible jungle and oceanview estate. Expansion was everywhere ✨⁣ ⁣ I really don’t know how to capture it all in words, but thankfully we had friends and family, and our amazing friend and in-house photographer @lightmvmnt capturing all our moments on camera so we could just fully be in it. ⁣ ⁣ Thank goodness because I had no idea how much energy we would actually be holding all week. I had intended to share all along but I was full from presence instead 😮‍💨⁣ ⁣ I’ll never do the full Heart On justice, but here are some initial photos and videos sharing what we are all now deeply bonded by. You can see my excitement 😉⁣ ⁣ I’ll be sharing day by day… More to come 🤍⁣ ⁣ PS: to all that were there… We have arrived❤️‍🔥⁣
