Who says Halloween is only for kids?

Come get your sweat on October 31st and show up in your Halloween costume. Witchy, spooky, funny, sexy, extra… we want to see it ALL.

It’s Halloween at Fly, so consider this your excuse to wear the costume you’ve been waiting all year to pull out.

Why do I love pet care so much? 🐾

Okay… maybe I’m a little addicted. 😂🤍

There’s something about getting to know each pet’s personality, earning their trust, and becoming one of their people that makes this one of my favorite parts of Home Care Concierge 🥰

And sometimes life just gets BUSY. Long workdays, appointments, travel, unexpected plans—or those days when you simply can’t get home when you thought you would.

That’s where I come in. 🐶🐱

I currently have a openings for drop-in visits AND recurring pet care clients in the Tampa area.

Whether you need occasional backup or someone your pets can get to know and look forward to seeing regularly, I’d love to become part of their routine. 🤍

Because when your busy life takes over, your babies should still get all the love, attention, playtime and care they’re used to. 🐾♥️

DM me to chat about your pet care needs. 🐾✨

Celebrating 14 years married, and we’re still finding fresh ways to date. Tonight it was clay on our hands, spinning bowls, and flowerpots, then steaming hot pot, building our own little flavor mix. Love making every moment feel like an adventure. Here’s to us and the next chapter. 💜

Back from a couple weeks away and straight into my favorite reset! Watching Nadine command the room. Every cue, every beat, she’s in her power. I’m proud and a little in awe. One class, one hour, and it realigns me. Shout out to Fly Dance Fitness in Tampa.Saturday’s anchor, for sure.

🚨 no @fitaid was injected in the making of this movie🚨😂 but a few may have been drunk

can’t wait for the day I’m actually brave enough to get an injection of anything lol 🤭

but I do know I can count on @fitaid to keep me feeling good regardless! it has been my go-to for energy & recovery. 🤸‍♀️

@revive2you has been my go-to for moral support as I work up the courage to get an IV😂

it takes a village. I’m so thankful for mine! 🫂

If you would’ve told 25-year-old me that one of the highlights of my 40s would be waking up early on a Sunday to play Disco Bingo… sober… with my wife… and actually entering a costume catwalk competition…

I’d have laughed in your face. 😂

Yet here we are.

No hangover.
No recovery day.
Just good music, good people, a lot of laughs, and memories I actually get to remember.

Somewhere along the way I realized fun isn’t found in a bottle, it’s found in the people you’re surrounded by.

Five years sober has taught me that life didn’t become smaller…
It became richer.

And honestly… losing the costume contest still felt like a win.

Thanks to the Disco Babes for putting together such an awesome event. We’ll definitely be back… and next time we’re coming for that trophy. 🕺✨

The Disco Babes turned ONE! 🪩🧡💜

Spent Sunday celebrating with friends, playing bingo, laughing way too much, and soaking up all the good vibes. These are the kind of days that fill my cup. ❤️

On today's menu: A little Pitbull, a lot of dancing, and zero judgment.

You don't need rhythm. You don't need experience. You just need to show up.

We'll take care of the rest. 😉
